Lovely caravan suitable for someone in a wheelchair.The only downside is the gate doesnt have a catch to keep it open which is a problem when pushing a wheelchair up the ramp in windy conditions, which is often in Skegness.

Caravan had absolutely no drawers in any of the rooms and the kitchen cupboards were taken up by equipment so only left one small cupboard for our groceries

Caravan was modern and comfortable apart from beds which we found too firm but May suit others more. The handle on the only large knife was broken and the frying pan was small but we used the grill instead. The microwave was also a grill and oven, some instructions would have been handy. Overall though, these were just minor things.

The apartment was good (micro, kettle, oven, fridge worked perfectly). The beds were comfy. No handtowel.

Very basic in terms of creature comforts and personal experience. 1. Requires coat hook on the wall for hanging coats2. Hooks on backs of bedroom doors to hang dressing gown etc3. An airer to dry towels on or extra hooks in the wet room ???? 4. A clean mop head to clean & dry wet room floor5. In an age where infection control is high on the agenda it's a requirement and a basic need. If you provide this equipment then I use it.

we booked a gold 8 but were given a pet 8 not enough seats for our party. dust round radiators toe nail clipping under radiator dog fur found. only glasses and cutlery for 6 and bedding for 6. reception waste of time didnt want to know just sent extra bits and pieces

Was comfortable but I had two young children with me and the steel stairs to get to the room was a bit dangerous especially for the four year old. A ground floor would have been better. The site should have asked the ages of the children before allocating the room.

The Tennyson accomodation was shocking, it cleary hasnt been updated since it was built a long time ago, needs knocking down in my opinnion. Avoid.

Apartment was lovely and clean staff was so friendly they let us leave the bags because the train was not till later on but I think they need somewhere to wash your clothes on site beds where soft to sleep on TVs in all the rooms

Lovely van, only thing I would say, is that the mattress was like a board and the springs dug into me and my husband whenever we lay down on it.
