Spacious and comfortable caravan which had everything we needed including large fridge freezer. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars all round was because of the bed which was serviceable but not the best we have had in a caravan.

Caravan was spacious and for the most part clean however it was evident sofa cushions etc hadn't been removed when cleaning as pens and food found underneath.Other than this we had no complaints with the accommodation.

The caravan was pretty roomy and mostly tidy, but we did notice some cushions hadn't been taken off during cleaning - pens and food were still underneath. Apart from that, we didnt have any other issues with the place.

Overall, we found the place quite tidy and comfortable. The kitchen stuff was a bit random and there were a few marks on the furniture, but nothing too surprising. Would stay again!

The accommodation was clean , the kitchen ware was a bit of a mishmash and there was the odd mark here and there on the furniture which would be expected

Caravan was old and tired.Broken blinds.Hole in bathroom door.Old uncomfortable mattresses on ALL beds.No mattress protectors.Kitchenware was dirty upon arrival.Carpets old and dirty. Sofas old and dirty. No WIFI on site. No access to Netflix, Prime or other channels. Swimming pool was disgusting. Only went once as it was over chlorinated and dirty. Permanently stained our swimming costumes with bleach/chlorine.Kids club was good. Staff at the kids club were lovely.

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with the place. The caravan felt really worn out, with broken blinds and a hole in the bathroom door. The mattresses on all beds were uncomfortable and there werent any mattress protectors. The kitchenware was dirty when we arrived and the carpets and sofas looked very tired. No WiFi or streaming options made it feel a bit outdated. The pool was disgusting, way over chlorinated, so we only went once. On the bright side, the kids club staff were lovely, which was a plus!

We loved the overall feel of the place - spacious and cosy, perfect for a relaxing break. That said, it could do with a bit of TLC; the woodwork around the cabin was rotting and had a hole, plus it was covered in dry leaves that hadnt been cleared. The sofas looked quite worn and could use a good clean or replacing. Also, the dining chairs had rips and the bathroom option was a bit misleading since it only had a bath, not a shower. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

So far the spacious caravans we rented, while purchasing there are limited pictures of rooms and toilets than actual. Extra toilet in all 7 caravans we booked are comfort for family of 4-6 like ours . Friendly staff over phone and care taker lady was very polite and professional. Security person on site was too helpful he did provided us extra stuff we requested few times without questions. Also to mention cleaning lady was patience with us at check out time took an hour extra but no faces or grumpiness she was always smiley ???? Over all from Caravan staff and accommodation very good experience.

We recently rented several caravans and found them to be more spacious than the pictures suggested. The extra toilet in all 7 units was a big plus for our family of 4-6, making things much easier. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful-both over the phone and in person. The caretaker lady was particularly polite and professional, which we appreciated. The security on-site was really accommodating too; they went out of their way to help us with extra requests, no fuss at all. Also, the cleaning lady was super patient during check-out, even when we asked for an hour longer-she was always smiling, which made everything so much better. Overall, we had a great stay!

We stayed in this lovely caravan and loved how spacious and spotlessly clean it was. The beds were super comfy and the shower had great pressure. Only thing missing was a DVD player-wouldve been perfect. Wifi was a bit of a pain to access, though.

Overall, we found the caravan to be quite clean and well-equipped, which was great. That said, there were a few little issues that did bother us a bit. The toilet door wouldnt open from the inside and the shower pipe was broken, so the water barely dribbled. Nothing too major, but it did make us feel like the place needed a bit of a refresh. Weve stayed here before and it did seem like the maintenance wasnt quite up to scratch this time around. Still, its a decent spot for a break.

The caravans pretty good overall, though the sofas a bit of a letdown. Its just a wooden board with cushions, so its not very springy and gets uncomfortable after a while. Still, for the price, cant really complain too much!

We booked this place for our birthday and honestly, it was brilliant! The location is stunning and the vans are really spacious with everything you might need - towels, cutlery, bedding, even frying pans. The large fridge freezer was a bonus and theres an iron and hairdryer too. Parking right next to the vans fits two cars easily, which was handy. The real highlight though is the ducks wandering around, they add such a charming touch. Plus, having access to the swimming pool and hot tub (booking in advance) makes it even better. Everything was well looked after, well definitely be coming back!

Overall, we had a decent stay, especially considering how affordable it was. The main issue was the mattress - honestly, it felt like sleeping on a bed of nails at first. We did mention it to reception, but they didnt follow up, so on the second night, we just flipped it over ourselves, which helped a bit. When the cleaning staff came by to drop off fresh linen, we mentioned the mattress again and he was quite apologetic, saying he hadnt been told about the problem. Despite that, it was a good value for the price and a mostly pleasant stay.

We stayed in this caravan and honestly, it surprised us! For the price, it was way better than we thought itd be. Everything was spotless and in great shape. The fridge and freezer were pretty roomy and the oven worked like a charm. The bathroom was a decent size with a powerful shower, which was lovely. Beds were comfy, though some extra wardrobe space in the bedroom wouldve been handy. Still, we had a great stay!

Stayed here before and this seems to be an older lodge however it was still furnished nicely and all appliances were there. Heating was really nice for the cold nights and the option to turn it off was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful on site and brought us more towels as soon as we requested them. Wooler is a lovely town within walking distance and has several bars and a lovely Italian restaurant and a Chinese and fish and chip shop all worth a visit. An ideal location for visiting areas such as Morpeth, Berwick, Alnwick. Would definitely stay here again.
