Lovely surroundings with easy access to most of Cornwall. We required a pet free van but there none available as with most sites they seem to cater for dogs more than people. Saying that , there was no discernible smell of dog in this van.

Lots of things were broken or in poor condition. Beds very creaky and uncomfortable so did not sleep well. Sofa was very comfy and seemed new, but otherwise the lodge needs a full refurbishment.

The mobile home was a really good size and it had everything we wanted and more. The bedrooms were spacious and so was the lounge and kitchen areas. We really liked the outdoor decked area.

Having a small Dishwasher(if under budget) along with blind out curtains during hot summer weather. And option of tea bags and coffee- which can given as option when booking the Meadows lake stay. Additional toilet towel as stock up.

Our lodge was gorgeous, the interior of the lodge and the decking with the hot tub were beautiful . The chairs outside were a little mossy (to be expected with the rain and then warm weather) but there were cushions for us to put on the chairs and a dustpan and brush to sweep this off . The hot tub was a perfect temperature for us not too hot or too cold with adjustable temp , light and bubble settings . The rooms were lovely and we slept so comfortably and the bathroom & kitchen facilities were a dream . Only downsides were our fridge was frozen on the back wall of it (not major just where it was very cold) and one of the freezer draws were frozen (again nothing major) the poofey had some studs missing from it again not major and still worked perfectly , there also wasnt a tv in the main bedroom only the living room . The kitchen had plenty of utensils cups glasses and things to use for cooking and the pack with the washing up liquid and tea towel was a lovely touch . Overall the lodge was stunning , clean and amazing for the price we paid .

Spotlessly clean, with all the equipment, utensils etc that we would need. The only thing missing was a spare duvet and pillow set for those sleeping in the living space, but thankfully we brought our own. Would happily stay there again in a heartbeat.

The most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept in!! So bad I tried the sofa one night & eventually left the holiday early because of it. Real shame as the rest was spot on.good facilities, super clean & great location. All spoiled because of a cheap mattress :(
