We had a lovely couple of days exploring a stunning area. The park was well-kept and the staff couldnt have been nicer. Facilities were good too - really made our stay enjoyable. Definitely recommend to others looking for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed at this cosy chalet and really enjoyed our time there. Its quite tucked away, which means its peaceful and perfect for a quiet break. The dishwasher was a lovely surprise and the en-suite was a nice touch. We did notice a drains issue in the bathroom and a missing lamp in one of the twin rooms, but overall, it was a lovely stay. The grey sofas were a bit stained, but that didnt bother us too much. The walk down to Bucks Mill was stunning too!

We stayed at the chalet with four adults and two toddlers and it was pretty spacious. That said, it definitely needs some love - cobwebs everywhere and quite a few things could do with a good clean. It would also be helpful if they provided basics like washing up liquid, towels and dishwasher tablets. Still, overall, not a bad stay but could be better.

The chalet looked lovely and was quite modern, which we appreciated. However, the oven was pretty grimy and my husband had to scrub an oven tray before we could even use it. Slightly disappointing, really.

We stayed at this quiet spot, a bit off the beaten path and it was perfect for us. The chalet was surprisingly roomy, with bedrooms that didnt feel cramped, even with five of us. Having en-suites was a real treat and the TVs in each room kept everyone happy-no disagreements over what to watch! The only downside was the lack of phone signal and pretty slow internet, even with the sites Wi-Fi. Still, we enjoyed our stay overall.

The park itself is lovely, but itd be helpful if visitors were told to bring their own tea towels and cleaning supplies - I had to go out and buy everything. The restaurant is quite pricey, though. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Manor House and loved the setting, its really picturesque with the park nearby. The views are stunning, but we did notice some parts like the decking and furniture could use a bit of a refresh. The staff were mostly friendly, though there was a bit of a mix-up when we asked for a plain burger for our kid - they seemed unsure if they could do it. Overall, we had a lovely break and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Would recommend for a relaxing family trip!

The high-pitched buzzing in our main bedroom was odd at first, but we eventually got used to it, though we never pinpointed the source.

Overall, the caravan was pretty decent for the price, especially since we grabbed it on a special offer. It was spotless and the bed was really comfy, which was a bonus after long days out. The heating worked perfectly, so we stayed warm despite the chilly weather. However, its worth noting that the caravan was quite basic - nothing fancy, really. The curtains kept falling off the tracks every time we tried to close them, so we left them partly open to save ourselves the hassle. Also, no spatula was in the inventory, which was odd considering there was a frying pan, so we had to buy one ourselves. Still, for the price, it was alright, but I wouldnt want to pay full whack for it.

We found a razor in the shower and a hair bobble on the radiator, which was a bit disappointing. Still, we just threw them away. Understandable how they could be missed, but cleanliness could be a bit better overall.

We found the caravan to be really clean and surprisingly spacious, which was great. The main bedroom had plenty of room, but we did feel the bed was a bit small for such a big space - a larger size wouldve been perfect. The double wardrobes were a bit unnecessary since there were two, but it didnt ruin our stay. The en-suite was handy, especially having that extra toilet, but a mirror above the small sink wouldve been helpful. We also struggled a bit with no hooks on the back of doors for towels, which was a bit of a pain. A hanging rail near the entrance for coats wouldve been a good addition. Despite these niggles, we had a lovely holiday and are definitely keen to return!

The van was pretty comfy and had everything we needed, though a couple of fittings felt a bit loose. Still, we had a good time!

We recently stayed in a lovely upgraded caravan and honestly, it was fantastic. The location was spot on, with gorgeous sea views that we couldnt get enough of. The added veranda and decking made it even better for relaxing outside. We got moved to this caravan at the last minute, so the beds werent made up when we arrived, but it was no bother at all - it took seconds to sort out. The staff were really thoughtful, asking if we wanted them to make the beds, but we were fine and appreciated the offer. We did have a tiny hiccup with the central heating; the radiators were cold initially, probably because they werent expecting us that week. But a quick chat to reception and Paul was there in a flash to sort it out. Overall, a great stay!

Date of stay: 18th November 2021
The caravan was nice, but located right in a busy, noisy maintenance zone. Rubbish bins were loud when slammed and emptied early in the morning, which woke us up. Also, theres no cleaning tools like brushes or a hoover, so floor tidying was tricky.

Overall, its a decent place for a quick getaway. The lodge was comfy and theres plenty to do on-site. The restaurant, though, was a letdown - service was really poor and they mixed up our breakfast. Not impressed with that part at all!

Date of stay: 21st September 2021
We really enjoyed our stay here! The caravan was super well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The pull-out sofa bed was surprisingly comfy and straightforward to set up, which was a relief after long days. Having an extra WC was a real bonus for our family of six. The veranda and small garden area were perfect for relaxing outside. Only minor hiccup was the shower, but the staff responded quickly and sorted it out when we reported it. Overall, a lovely break!
