A very clean, quiet and spacious bungalow that backed onto a spinny. The bungalow was warm and plenty of hot water for a long soak in a decent sized bath. We enjoyed our long weekend.

Where we stayed needed quite a bit of modernisation. The sofas were tatty and coffee table had a wonky leg. The bathroom had lots of signs of limescale damage on taps, plug hole and toilet roll holder. You could see signs of damp and our clothes felt damp after a day.The TV was so small it wasn't worth having. There was no instructions on how to use the heating or electric meter. Or any local information. Also the bedroom had no sidelights. The garden was enclosed which was great but the grass was long which made it hard to clear up after our dogs. Also no outside light for garden. We left a day early in the end.

Lovely located lodge for peace and relaxation with great views. We had everything we needed and the furnishings were quality and there was some lovely touches. Rug, wall prints etc. check in and out was super clear and simple. Our only suggestion would have been the benefit of an air fryer as having to turn on a large oven for just a small food item seems such a waste and having one at home we've seen the fabulous benefits.

We stayed in Combe No24.When we entered the cabin it smelt very musty which resulted in us buying our own air fresheners to put up around the lodge. Although appeared clean there were a number of dead spiders around the kitchen and bathroom area, a snail/slug trail underneath the dinning table. The kitchen work tops were dusty resulting in us having to wipe all the sides off and the curtains had mould on the bottom of bottom of them in the living room. The outside of the cabins appear not to be maintained either as the windows were covered in cobwebs, dirt and dead bugs.I appreciate the site and cabin are the cheaper end of the accommodation in the area and you get what you pay for but you would still expect a clean, tidy and relatively modern accommodation which this was not.

We had a great holiday at the park, lovely place to spend time with loved ones. Cabin was spotless, we had everything we needed. A quiet place with lots of lovely beaches and places to explore, we will definitely be back soon.

Very poor as Ive said in my review of Penstowe park. We will not be returning as the chalet was not clean and had slugs which we were constantly throwing out most mornings of our week long stay. There were old cobwebs in every room. We also discovered a pair of boys boxer shorts stuffed down the side of one of the single beds. So overall very poor

Bed was uncomfortable but we dont all sleep on the same sort of bed. Sofas where to low, I'm only small but I had trouble getting up. But there is everything you need. The shower was the best shower I have had in a long while. The restaurant was closed so we had to sort something out at last minute. Nothing yo say it was closed but they did explain.

Looking for a quiet retreat within distance of some of Cornwall's beautiful locations? Then this is is ideal. Not sure I would bring children here though. Just a 10 minute walk away is the New Inn, we ate there both nights and we were not disappointed. Good selection of food, drink and great friendly staff. The place on site didn't do food (apart from some pasties in a heated display unit) when we where there. Accomodation was great for 2 couples, clean and tidy. No wi fi or streaming TV services which didn't bother us but could be a game changer for some. Overall it suited us perfectly and we would come back.

Great accommodation. A good size for up to 4 adults and a dog.Electric meter in the property which you will want to be aware of to top up from the cabin by purchasing cards.

The apartment was great. Everything you need and Im certain this one has the best view, my only suggestion would be is for the double bed to have a panda mattress topper it would make the bed just that little bit more comfortable but other than this no complaints at all! Thank you
