Cozy place, perfect for two.

The cottage was perfect for our family trip-super clean and well-equipped. The size was just right, not cramped at all. We loved sitting outside on the decking, soaking in the stunning views. Honestly, we had a great time and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

The cottage was really charming and perfect for a quiet getaway for two. The private sauna? Definitely a highlight! We loved it.

We loved this place! The spacious deck and stunning views made it perfect for relaxing. The lack of Wi-Fi and limited phone signal didn't bother us at all - it actually helped us disconnect and enjoy quality family time together.

The place really needs a refurb, especially the kitchen stuff which is quite worn out. The furniture looks tired and its just a bit soulless overall.

The cottage was lovely-really cosy and spotless when we arrived. Its in a great spot for exploring all the local sights, which was perfect for us. A couple of tiny tweaks could make it even better, but overall, we had a great stay despite the unpredictable weather!

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was spotless and had a lovely big living space. Bedrooms were comfy enough and the outside area was a nice touch. Shower could be stronger but overall, wed come back!

Date of stay: 1st November 2023
Overall, the place was spotless, which we really appreciated. That said, some updates wouldnt go amiss - carpets, curtains and furniture are starting to look a bit tired. The kitchen could also do with a fresh door, new worktop and maybe a better hob. Still, a comfy stay!

The place is super handy for exploring the sights and the balcony is a lovely spot to relax. The owners really friendly, too. Just a heads up, its a bit remote, so Wi-Fi and phone signals can be patchy sometimes. We liked it though!

The place was spotlessly clean and super comfy. The on-suite sauna was a lovely touch! Loved gazing out at the open fields. Great location with plenty to explore. Everyone we met in Wales was so friendly and welcoming, really made our trip special!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oak Cottage. The location in South Wales is stunning and the owners are lovely. The manual was clear, but dont forget to bring some £1 coins for the electricity meter if you plan on using the sauna! Its a little detail thats easy to overlook but important. Overall, a lovely place to unwind.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The only downside was the double bed - it was pretty worn out and the springs squeaked loudly when we moved around. Other than that, everything was great!

We loved the cosy one-bedroom cottage, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Just make sure to bring your satnav to find it easily!

The cottage is pretty good value, but finding it down that country lane can be tricky. The info about nearby shops was a bit misleading, so Id stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The reclining sofa was super comfy and the TV had all we needed. The bathroom was spotless with a lovely shower and the sauna was perfect after a long day cycling. Can't recommend it enough!

Really useful hair dryer, exactly what we needed. Door hooks would be a great addition though. Its little things like that which make a difference! Overall, quite happy with the purchase, just a tiny tweak. Would recommend to anyone needing a decent hairdryer. We just wish there were hooks included, thats all. Its a simple fix that would improve the space loads. Definitely a good buy, but could be even better. Thanks for listening, hope the hooks come soon!

We had a really lovely break here. The place is super peaceful, perfect if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. No noisy entertainment or WiFi means you can genuinely unwind. The cottages are simple but cosy and the DVD players gave us a nice evening option. Its ideal if you need to switch off and relax completely.
