Anchor Park has a fantastic location on a stunning stretch of the Norfolk coast. The park is small with a friendly feel and the direct beach access makes it a great choice for families. The park is quiet and peaceful - perfect for a relaxing holiday.

This park is an ideal base from which you can explore all that Norfolk has to offer.
Award-winning Sea Palling beach is within easy reach and is the place to spend warm summer days. The park is also just 4 miles from Stalham, which is known as the 'gateway to the Broads'.  For something more lively then the city of Norwich is within driving distance and has many bars, restaurants and shops.

Accommodation at Anchor Park is in modern caravans which can sleep up to six people and have everything you need for a self catering holiday. There are several types of caravan to choose from including the Danforth which sleeps up to six people and has heating throughout making it a good choice all year round.

Norfolk has something for everyone with beautiful beaches and lovely waterways. Great Yarmouth is a popular seaside town with many shops, bars, traditional restaurants and of course safe, clean beaches. The unspoilt Broadlands offer a huge range of outdoor activities including fishing, golf, cycling and walking. Families will enjoy a visit to Bewilderwood's treetop adventure and can also take steam train rides on the Bure Valley Railway.

Fun Days Out in Norfolk

Banham Zoo

This award winning wildlife attraction has much to offer both families and couples looking for a fun and educational day out.  You can discover a whole wild world of animals with over 1000 different animals from around the world. You will probably want to try and spend the whole day here so you don's miss out on anything.  Highlights include the amazing animals presentation, the birds of prey display and the feeding talks, all of which take place at set times of the day.  This attraction is fantastic value for money and highly recommended.  Their latest event is the Snow Leopard Club Naming Auction and there has recently been a baby giraffe born at the zoo.

Dinosaur Adventure Park

This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.

The caravan was fine but with absolutely nothing on the camp site it really wasn't for us. Had to travel at least 3miles to get something to eat and if you returned late at night it was pitch black as no outside lights on park?

Another wonderful stay at Anchor Park. This time we left the family at home and took the dogs. Long walks on endless sandy beaches. A fabulous place to escape from the world for a few days and recharge.
Looking forward to going again next year.
the caravan we had was well stocked. unfortunately we picked the coldest weekend of the year, but with extra heating we were ok. doors a bit draughty. The location, for anyone wanting to get away from it all, was first class, the beach next door was superb for a summer holiday. Overall a nice little caravan park.
An excellent get away from it all location - brilliant!
A static caravan holiday but not in massice caravan park. Beach just over the dunes. Recommended
We love staying at Anchor Park. The caravans are well-equipped and the setting is second to none.

Wonderful site. Really peaceful & quiet. Right near a lovely beach. We had a small problem with our arrival time (we kept changing it) & it was dealt with very sympathetically. We would highly recommend this site if you like peace & quiet.
