Me and my wife had a fantastic relaxing week away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The pod we had was spotless when we arrived and has everything you need for a self catering break. The jacuzzi although small had ample room for the pair of us, the added bonus to these pods was a good size sauna. The site has a great 18 hole golf course that is well manicured and not too taxing for the older guests. The site is spotlessly clean with ample bins for your daily or weekly rubbish. The guests are friendly and we even made friends with lots off residents. The bar is extremely well stocked with known beers as well as some local real ales, the food choice is fantastic and extremely well cooked and presented and the prices are extremely competitive. If I had one negative it would be that the bar doesn't have sky sports and as a football fan that was quite disappointing but hey hey not everyone is into football. Will my wife and I be back????? Absolutely we will.

Very clean and great for walking dogs with a secure field where dogs allowed off lead. Hot tub was great and water was tested every day.

The remote controls for two tvs were both missing the backs, leaving the batteries exposed covered by thin layer of sellotape. This is hazardous for families with young children, disabled children and dogs.

Bed a little uncomfortable

The caravan was quite roomy and comfy, which we liked. Even though it took a bit longer to clean than expected, there were still a coke bottle and paper bag tucked beside the sofa, plus some spill marks on the kitchen cupboards that we ended up wiping down ourselves. The balcony with the table and chairs was a lovely touch too.

We had a lovely stay at Primrose Cottage, surrounded by such peaceful scenery. It really was a perfect getaway and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. That said, there were a few niggles - the downstairs shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold, which was a bit of a pain. We also noticed cobwebs behind the furniture and the TV remote only allowed us to turn the volume up, not down. Still, despite these small issues, wed definitely return, especially to the cosy cottage. Overall, a great experience!

The park itself is really nice, we stayed in maple couples pod which again was really nice the hot tub was fabulous, what really ruined our stay was the state of the mattress, extreamly uncomfortable, huge dips in the mattress ment you could feel the slats on the bed frame and every single spring that stuck into my side, the first night we had very little sleep and considered bringing the lounger in from outside to sleep on.The staff wernt overly helpful, but we did eventually get moved to a different pod, the mattress was very slightly better but not great. They really need to get some decent mattresses, if we had had a decent sleep throughout the week it would of been much more enjoyable. The food in woodys bar however was fantastic.

Great accommodation that really maximises the limited space. Had everything we needed. Fantastic Hot Tub and outside decking area that features a sheltered table and chairs. Very peaceful surroundings and not overlooked at all.

Overall, this trip was quite good value, though were a bit wary about next years prices jumping by £200! The pods are perfect for two people, but we might look elsewhere if costs rise again.

We booked this for our mini moon. The lodge was lovely and spacious enough for the two of us plus two dogs, however I think if two other adults have been there with us it would have been cramped. The hot tub was lovely and the surrounding woodland was good for walks with the dogs. It was close to the beach and other attractions which we loved as it meant we could go out exploring in the day and relax in the hot tub in the evenings. The lodges are quite close together which meant it sometimes wasnt as peaceful as wed have liked but thats to be expected. Also I was quite surprised that things such as dish soap and hand soap werent provided. We regularly go away to lodge parks with the dogs and things like hand soap are usually provided. There is a shop on site near to reception which was handy as well as a bar/restaurant. You also have to pay for the WiFi which was disappointing, and you pay per day per device rather than just a one off payment. Overall we did have a lovely stay and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this more to families with children rather than couples.

When we first stepped into the caravan, there was this odd smell, but airing it out sorted it right away. Given its pet-friendly, I guess thats normal. Apart from that, its a spacious and super comfy place, really good value, especially during the busy summer holidays. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

Really enjoyed the stay! The bungalow was lovely, spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen. The hot tub was a bonus, though the garden isnt enclosed, so watch the kids. The conservatory added a nice touch for relaxing. Overall, a great place for a getaway!

We stayed in a pod for the first time and honestly, it's quite tiny. Its well insulated and spotless, which was great, but the mattress was really uncomfortable. No shelves beside the bed made it tricky to keep things handy. Also, theres no oven and the bright lights at night and morning from the heater, TV and window blind not closing fully made it tricky to sleep in. Still, its a neat little space, just needs a few tweaks.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the place was comfy and the whole booking process was straightforward. Loved it!
