Visitor Reviews of Valley Farm

Date of stay: 8th April 2025
Weve used this caravan before and its always spotless and tidy. The shower wasnt great this time, water went all over the place, but we still had a lovely holiday in July!
Emma, Gb
Date of stay: 10th March 2025
The caravan was spotless and comfy and the site itself was really nice. The only letdown was the swimming pool, unfortunately.

Great spot and decent prices, we really enjoyed our stay there.

The caravan was tidy and well-maintained, which was nice. However, the bedrooms were tiny, as you'd expect. The weather was awful-rain every day! There was no proper path to get to our spot, just muddy, wet grass that turned into slippery mush, ruining our shoes. Not ideal, honestly.

Perfect for a family weekend, wed definitely return again soon!

We had a fantastic stay! The neighbourhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, plus the kids loved the entertainment options. The staff were genuinely friendly and really helpful throughout our visit. Were definitely coming back soon!
Emma, Ipswich
Date of stay: 1st October 2024
The caravan was lovely, really well kept and comfy. Only downside was the TV, which kept switching off or freezing, especially since we went in October and it rained quite a lot. After a day out, it was nice to relax with a cuppa and watch telly, but the signal issues were a bit frustrating sometimes!

Date of stay: 16th September 2024
The caravan was really nice overall, but the toilet was a bit cramped. You almost had to squeeze in and sitting there meant your face was close to the door!
James, Chelmsford

We had a fantastic 4-night stay! The games and dance parties kept everyone entertained, kids and adults alike. We even almost won the link bingo-definitely a fun trip for all of us!

Great space, super comfy, loved it!
Oliver, Wakefield
Date of stay: 6th May 2024
The caravan was spotless when we arrived, which was great. The sofa had a couple of cigarette burns and some beading looked a bit tired, but overall, it was good value for the price. Wed stay again!
Emma, Norwich

Really enjoyed our stay here
Emma Roberts
Date of stay: 14th April 2024
Really decent caravan, comfortable and well-equipped. We'd happily take it again.
Emma, Hemel Hempstead
Date of stay: 14th April 2024
Overall, the stay was decent, but we really missed heavier curtains in the bedrooms. Also, a light near the door inside the caravan wouldve made things easier at night.
Emily, London
Date of stay: 11th February 2024
We really enjoyed the stay, especially the location which was perfect for us. The only downside was the swimming pool. You need to book a slot and 45 minutes isnt quite enough for kids to really enjoy it. Still, overall good!
Emma, Swindon
Date of stay: 28th December 2023
Great vibe, loved the clean pool
Oliver, Aylesbury

Date of stay: 3rd December 2023
The caravan was alright, beds are a bit tiny but fine for the kids. The gas stoves grill needs a service, flames were yellow.
Emma, Birmingham
Date of stay: 8th November 2023
Really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was super comfy and well-equipped. Boiler issue fixed quickly, top service!

Date of stay: 1st November 2023
We really enjoyed our stay at Valley Farm. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help, which made everything so much easier. The manager was especially professional and went above and beyond to sort out any issues we had, which we appreciated. Wed definitely come back soon! Only minor gripe-those kitchen bench seats felt a bit awkward and took up too much space. A corner unit or proper table and chairs would have been much better.
James, Bushey
Date of stay: 23rd October 2023
Overall quite pleased, they really took safety seriously, which matters.
Ellie, Gb
Date of stay: 18th October 2023
We stayed nearby and found the location pretty handy, just a quick 5-minute drive to the beach where theres a pier and loads of rides for the kids. Definitely worth the trip! The caravan itself looked lovely, but it wasnt the cleanest - we could see footprints on the bed sheets, which was a bit off-putting. The biggest bother was the ants; they were everywhere, so we had to keep everything sealed up tight. Also, the fridge was in a pretty poor state behind, but the reception sent over two staff who cleaned it up - they looked horrified! Dont forget to bring your own towels, shower gel, sponge and toothpaste cause nothings supplied. But honestly, apart from those little annoyances, its a great spot to stay!
Emma, Rugeley
Date of stay: 8th October 2023
While the place was a bit tight for our family of four, it suited us since we were mostly out and about. Storage was quite limited, which was a bit frustrating, but with some extra shelves or cupboards in the gaps-especially in the main bedroom-it could be a lot more practical. Overall, not bad!
Georgia, Shoreham By Sea
Date of stay: 24th September 2023
The food was alright, though the chips could have been cooked better. Its a shame you cant stay too long because the place had this weird mouldy, sickly smell. Staff kept spraying stuff to hide it, which was a bit annoying.
