Accommodation was clean, welcoming and very well equipped with all your holiday needs. The caravan was situated in peaceful part of the site so we could enjoy the attached decking area, making the most of the sunny evenings.

We recently stayed at this cottage and honestly, it was one of the best places we've been to. The space was really generous and beautifully maintained - definitely top of our list now. The cleanliness was spot on and everything we needed was there, which made things so much easier. The enclosed yard was a great surprise - way bigger than the photos suggested, perfect for our puppy to run around safely. It did take us a little time to get used to the underfloor heating; just a heads up, dont crank it up too high because its really well insulated and it takes ages to cool down. Only tiny thing was the sofas in Buzzard - they look a bit tired and the cushions tend to slouch, so you can't really lean back comfortably. Not a big deal though, considering how lovely the rest of the cottage was!

We loved the place! The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were super comfy and each room had its own thermostat. Plus, the hot tub being checked twice daily was a nice touch.

We recently enjoyed a weekend away at one of these charming cottages. While the bar and restaurant were closed since it was out of season, it was easy enough to grab a taxi into Ilfracombe, which didnt break the bank. The kitchen was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room for a full weekly shop and a large fridge freezer - very handy! The cottage itself was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, from all the utensils to the super fluffy robes. The underfloor heating was a lovely touch, especially on chilly mornings and the beds were really comfy. Rooms felt roomy and airy, which made our stay even better. The hot tub temperature was a bit low on our first night, but thats because its drained and cleaned after each guest - honestly, its reassuring to know its all properly maintained. Were already planning to come back and would definitely recommend these cottages to anyone!

We had a fantastic time during our stay here. The lodges are spotless and the hot tub was always clean, twice a day, which was lovely. The place is really well equipped, though a bigger sauce pan would have been handy! The amenities on site are great, but a couple of improvements could make it even better, like adding EV chargers for the lodges and maybe an outdoor towel rail near the hot tubs. The staff were friendly and always on hand if we needed anything. We loved the location and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to others. Were already planning our next visit!

We absolutely loved the cottage! The beds were super comfy and the fireplace made everything extra cosy. The hot tub was a real highlight and those scones on arrival-what a lovely touch. Definitely a place wed come back to!

We found the caravan to be quite new and well-kept, which was nice. The TV was handy, but its a shame there was no Netflix or iPlayer - that wouldve made things a lot better, especially since the bar closed early and there wasnt any entertainment nearby. Also, we missed the usual welcome treats like milk or coffee sachets. Still, decent overall.

The caravan was fairly new and in good condition. There was a tv although no connection to Netflix or I player which would have been nice as we could have watched a film, as the bar closed at 9pm and there was no onsite entertainment. None of the usual welcome goodies, such as milk, sachets of coffee or tea bags
