Lovely, luxury caravan, everything was new and modern and beautifully clean. Good size living area with a brilliantly equipped kitchen. Shower was hot and powerful. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the main bedroom was set out well with a nice dressing table. A bit cramped around the sides of the double bed (especially for my 64 husband) but everything else made up for it! The reception area was spacious and modern and the staff were friendly and very, very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed some great entertainment in the club room, including an ABBA tribute that everyone loved. The beach which the site joins onto is stunning and where we saw the most spectacular sunset!

Had a lovely stay at st Ives holiday bay, the chalet we stayed in was nice and clean. The whole park was lovely and well kept. The club house had good entertainment on every night. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back again.

Caravan was clean and comfortable with great sea view. It was on the small side compared to other two bed caravans we have stayed in but the view compensated for this and it wasnt a problem. Well equipped for self catering.

Well appointed mid-range caravan with fantastic location and views over the bay.Car parking next to the caravans is a real bonus and includes everything you could need for a break. The caravan had been cleaned to a high standard and a nice welcome pack for the kitchen (bin bags, washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels) was includedHighly impressed and recommend

Caravan was lovely, not the Hilton, but we did not expect that for the price. A nice, clean and pretty spacious place to rest your head and have some family time in between all the activities.

Make it a bit more baby/toddler proof in the kitchen. Move the knifes a bit higher or get a knife holder for them.

The chalet was dirty, mold in the microwave. Distinct odour of vomit from previous occupants. Had to purchase cleaning products to give the place a thorough clean.

The sea view was not the best from this particular caravan.

Date of stay: 15th June 2025
Great holiday , great site , good caravan and the whole 3 mile beach is dog friendly all year round. Quite a steep 200m walk down the sand dunes to the beach so beach trolleys are not ideal for the return from the beach but O it is well worth it . I will be returning ????????????????????

The Chalet was an average basic set up, ideal as a base camp between excursions. We did experience and issue with bedding and some rubbish under a bed, but generally ok.Parking was not as close as we are used too, so it meant struggling with multiple trip from car in rain, which was frustrating. The greenery around the chalet did make it peaceful, which was nice.
