We booked a value caravan and, though it was basic, it was warm, comfortable and clean, had a good shower, and had enough kitchen equipment to make basic meals. Our dog particularly liked the floor-to-ceiling window for watching pigeons and squirrels :-) We chose this park because it had a decent-sized dog-friendly beach nearby (St Mary's Bay) and easy access to the coast path. It was a very good location and our caravan was nicely out of the way and amongst trees. The shop had a decent range of essentials and the car charger on site was the lowest price of any on our trip. The only downside for us was the difficulty of backing up our holiday photos. There's no wifi in the caravans, and the wifi in the entertainment centre had a decent download speed (for browsing), but really slow upload speed. Something to bear in mind if you take a lot of photos on your phone and don't want them at risk of loss by being only on one device. We ended up buying extra data for our phones and backing up our photos when in towns (EE coverage isn't great at the park).Overall, a nice and good value holiday location and we would definitely consider coming back.

The chalet smelled of dogs and dogs urine. The staff came out twice to clean it but the smell was still there and with 4 children it was not ideal. We have a dog and he is always bathed and groomed regularly and to be in a chalet that smell of urine is not acceptable.

Awful- had to clean the caravan before we could settle. Once settled and prepared dinner, we realised we only had 4 plates and 3 forks for 8 guests! Bed time, we attempted to pull out our sofa bed that was rotten! Also there was only 6 pillows and enough bedding for the bedrooms- again 8 guests and only 6 lots of bedding

We stayed in this van for a weekend and its got a decent amount of space, which was handy. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, so we had everything we needed - though, the fridge was a bit of a let-down since it wouldnt get cold enough and there was no freezer section. With our large family of 3 adults and 4 kids, storage was tight, especially for food. We didnt plan much cooking, but Id have appreciated more fridge room for the trips duration. The van was clean overall, but there were a few cobwebs and some dust here and there, nothing too bad. The kitchen doors look a bit odd, just plain MDF with stains, not the sleek finish we expected. Still, it did the job!

We paid for a value caravan and were incredibly surprised. The caravans had clearly been refurbished for the season and were attractive, impeccably clean and stocked with everything we needed for a self catering holiday.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The chalet was spacious and spotless, which was great. A bit odd that there were no cabinets or surfaces near the bed - meant our phones had to stay on the floor as a clock. Wifi was decent in the club, but not in the chalet. Still, a good break!

Needed deeper cleaning for black mold and rust which was evident from overwintering. The general level of cleanliness was okay apart from this. The electric fire in lounge didn't have a control so unable to use untill a staff member came out the next day to show me some very hidden buttons.

Overall, the place was okay cleanliness-wise, though we did need some deeper cleaning for black mould and rust spots that appeared after winter. The electric fire in the lounge was a bit of a pain since it had no controls visible, but a staff member sorted it out the next day. Not perfect, but decent enough.

The caravan was lovely overall, but we found the seating a bit stiff and there were no clear instructions for the heating or shower. Still, the shower was fantastic!

Such a tranquil spot, really lovely wildlife everywhere-squirrels, birds, rabbits. Great walks nearby, though the shop could do with more food options. Would return!
