Location is great. Its on the beach but a bit of a climb to get there (down) difficult to take a pram.In terms of facilities the park has the essentials, bar, small indoor pool and entertainment complex.Staff are excellent, all very helpful and nice. The entertainment team are amazing. The only gripe and only a small one at that is that scoops and the on site take away is open really randomly.Wasnt impressed with the on site chippery, very expensive, nothing special and again not open during the week. The food on the boathouse is of excellent quality.Caravans are basic but fit the need, ideal base for exploring Northumberland !

Really loved the caravan, it was comfy and well-equipped. Only thing wed suggest is a proper path from the parking area cause it was quite muddy! Cheers!

The place is fantastic, especially with the beach right there. The rooms are roomy and spotless. Honestly, the activities could do with a bit more organisation, but overall, really enjoyable!

We had a great 3-day stay and honestly, the weather didnt ruin anything for us. It's our third time in a lodge now and were falling more in love with them each visit. Cant wait for June! It truly feels like a home away from home. The staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome. Well done, Sandy Bay!

Overall, we had a good stay. The caravan was spotless and had enough room for us, which was great. A working tin opener wouldve been handy, but no worries-we grabbed one at the supermarket. Its nothing fancy, but perfect for a clean, comfy spot near the beach. Exactly what we needed!

We had a lovely stay, especially since the weather stayed decent. The location is really convenient, with everything just a short drive away. The caravan itself is pretty good, though the fridge could do with fixing. Also, the main bedroom door has some broken edges and open boxes that need repairs. Still, we enjoyed it!

We recently got a new caravan and honestly, its pretty great. Loads of space inside, which is a bonus. Having a second toilet really makes a difference, especially on longer trips. The kitchen is well kitted out - everything we need is there and the fridge freezer is lovely, keeps everything nice and cold. All in all, were really happy with it!
