This place is a real gem! Super cosy and peaceful, yet not far from shops and stuff. The hot tub is ace and the underfloor heating means you stay warm no matter what. Rob, Sharon and Bonnie are lovely hosts. Were already planning our next visit - cant wait!

We loved this cosy little cottage! Its tucked away enough to feel private but still near local shops and cafes. The hot tub was fantastic and the underfloor heating kept everything nice and warm. Rob, Sharon and Bonnie made us feel so welcome. Cant wait to return soon!

We had such a lovely stay at this charming cottage! It really is a little gem - everything you could possibly need is provided, so we didnt have to bring much at all. The owners, Sharon and Rob, thought of everything, including a fantastic welcome pack with all the info and menus. Our dogs enjoyed the enclosed garden, which was a real bonus and the hot tub was just perfect for relaxing. They were quick to respond if we had questions. Thanks for a wonderful break - well definitely be coming back!

We just got back from a fantastic four-night stay at this charming cottage. The owners are really friendly and helpful, but theyre not overbearing - just there when you need them. The garden is huge and fully fenced, perfect for our dog to run around freely. The place has everything we needed, including a great BBQ one evening. The hot tub was the real highlight! Were already planning to come back and have told our friends about it. Thanks for a lovely break!

We had such a great weekend at this place! Everything we hoped for and more. The underfloor heating was a hit with our dogs, especially Luna, who was wagging her tail non-stop. The garden was perfect for them to run around. Were already planning to come back soon - cant wait! Definitely a lovely spot for a break.

We needed a quick escape and found this place absolutely spot on. The stay was comfy, with lovely local pubs and countryside walks just a short stroll away. Our dog loved it too-didnt want to leave! Definitely recommend.

We had such a lovely stay! The cottage was spotless and really well stocked. Plenty of dog-friendly walks nearby, which was great for our pups. The host was super friendly and quick to respond, making everything smooth. Meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, was a real highlight. Well definitely be returning - such good value!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! The location is stunning and really private, which we loved. The owners are super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed without intruding. After a long day cycling, the hot tub was just what we needed - total relaxation! The only thing to note is that the cottage is right under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of noise from planes. It took us a couple of hours to get used to it, but it didnt ruin our break at all. Great place overall!

It wouldve been nice if theyd mentioned the refurbishment beforehand, but the bar staff were friendly and sorted us out with a table for eleven, which was great. The bedroom drawers were a bit broken, but overall, we enjoyed a relaxing weekend!

We had a lovely stay at this charming rural retreat. The courtyard with its slate tiles was really pretty and the hot tub made it feel so indulgent. Perfect for peaceful walks too!

We recently stayed at the lodge during the off-season and honestly, it was a pretty good deal. The place was massive, which was a big plus for us and the hot tub was a lovely touch after a day out. The beds were already made up and towels were provided, so we didnt have to worry about bringing too much. Theres an Asda and a few pubs and shops just a short drive away, handy for supplies and some evening drinks. On the downside, the dishwasher seemed a bit overloaded and didnt wash the pots properly, which was a pain, especially since we had to wash some ourselves before using them. Also, there was a strange, foisty smell, probably from the carpet being washed and not quite drying yet. When returning the key, we had to wait a bit because the young guy was busy on his mobile, which felt a tad rude. Still, overall, not bad for the price!

We had such a great weekend here! The place ticked all our boxes and we really enjoyed our stay. Our dogs had a blast too-especially with the underfloor heating, which they couldnt get enough of. The garden was perfect for them to run around. Lunas wagging tail got her a strained muscle, but all in all, everyone was very happy! Definitely coming back.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was super cosy and warm, perfect for a rainy December day. The bath was lovely and the shower was great too. The location is brilliant, especially if youve got dogs that hate fireworks - its so quiet out here. The property is beautifully converted and well equipped. And honestly, the noise from the flight path didnt bother us at all. Thanks a lot!
