We had a really lovely stay! Sharon and Robert were so friendly and made us feel right at home from the start. The place was spotlessly clean, comfy and secure for our dog Archie, which was a big plus. The location was perfect - lots of nice walks nearby and Thaxted and the surrounding villages are charming spots to explore. Honestly, we left feeling totally recharged and relaxed, it was just what we needed!

We had a fantastic stay at this cosy little cottage! It really is packed with everything you could need, so no need to bring much at all. We ended up overloading the car because of how well equipped the place is. The welcome pack was full of useful info and menus, which was a lovely touch. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden and the hot tub was just the cherry on top. Sharon and Rob were super quick to reply if we had any questions. Definitely a break well remember!

We had a lovely stay at this cottage, which is tucked away on a working farm but still feels quite private. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are genuinely lovely people. The place itself is super spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was really comfy, making it hard to get up! The garden is perfect for dogs - secluded, pet-proof and with nice furniture. There are plenty of walks nearby and Thaxteds restaurants, like The Star and The Maypole, are worth a visit. Wed definitely recommend it!

We had such a lovely weekend here! The place ticked all our boxes and we really enjoyed our stay. The garden was perfect for the pups to run around and they were totally spoiled by the underfloor heating. Luna was wagging her tail so much she strained it, but all in all, everyone - pups and us - had a fab time! Definitely coming back.

We spent a week here in July with our two little dachshunds and honestly, it was lovely. The village of Thaxted is charming and the cottage itself is really cosy. The hot tub was a definite highlight, especially since it was roasting outside - having the cooled water was just perfect! The hosts were super friendly and made us feel right at home.
