The lodge we stayed was oak rise, lodge 8 and it was not the best. It smelled like stale old people and we had to buy some febreeze to spray the place. Paid extra to have a jacuzzi but it was unusable as it didnt have the lifting mechanism to lift the lid up and down. Should remove this feature until it can be used properly. The kitchen was well fitted with a big fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher but was missing the grill rack from the cooker. Downstairs shower unit needs the doors replacing as they are hard to open and close.

The Lodge was very nicely appointed with plenty of space. Just a couple if issues single bed was quite noisy as springs on base moved when turning over. Integral Door on dishwasher was loose screws missing. Bathroom needed mirrors and lighting for doing makeup.

The lodges are amazing, spacious and a really comfortable place to unwind and relax. The lodge decor with the little touches of pictures and vases made it cozy and homely. The hot tub set the whole ambiance mood for relaxing with the temperature and lights its was an amazing stay and we will be back real soon.

Lodge 12 Fairways was in a good location. On first viewing it was clean .. though when actually like properly there is some detail that could be put into cleaning cobwebs all over kitchen blind .. The sofas have covers over them ( i get that this is to protect them ) but they are not very well fitted and look a bit unkempt. Kitchen..grill tray is missing the wire rack .. maybe a small paring knife and pizza cutter. Pint glasses could be provided. Otherwise it has good facilities. Hot tub nice size worked as it should.Bed very comfy .. shower in ensuite good

Overall the lodge is very good but it is let down by the sofas which are really grubby and tired ( I realise this is partly because they are a pale colour) and make the place feel uncared for which is clearly not the case as everything else was spot on. The bed is not the most comfortable and probably the mattress could do with being replaced. Otherwise everything in the lodge was excellent standard and spotlessly clean.

Temperature during the day inside topped at 36c. Not ideal with a toddler. Lots of small things broken in the kitchen drawers due to wear and tear then not being updated. No parasol to keep the sun off when on the deck. The hub were amazing and let me acquire one to return at the end of the holiday. No BBQ available on decking so the photos are a little misleading despite the disclaimer. Overall good accommodation but next time we will stick to the woodland lodges as per previous visits.

The lodge was in really good condition, and had been cleaned to high standard. The hot tub worked well, although I wasn't sure how to turn it off, which seemed a bit of a waste of energy! The sauna was also a nice touch. One very small point was the mattress in the main bedroom did cause us both a bit of backache, but this could be personal preference.

I read the reviews on the caravan we stayed in and quite a few bad reviews I can honestly say we arrived at the caravan it was spotless I dont have pets and it was a pet friendly van there was no pet smell at all hot tub was up to temperature when we arrived thank you very much have booked again already

Spent a 4 day weekend in a classic hot tub lodge in the poplars estate. The lodge was really nice .. clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Bedrooms were not very big .. but big enough for what we needed for 4 days. Hot tub was nice and warm and very clean.

Holiday home was ok, shower cubicle was almost unusable as shower fitting not great and moved. Oven only had 1 shelf? Which wasnt great for 6 people to use. Cleaning could have been better, jumper found behind sofa and trays in oven greasy. Mattresses not that comfortable..but in terms of what we had paid it was value for money.
