Carpet was heavily stained, hoover broken, not enough plates or cutlery only had enough to be used once. smelt gas in the boiler cupboard and did report. Beds nt very comfortable and the pillows was very bad.

The accommodation was looking tired and dated, but was clean and in good repair.

Lovely place to stay. Hot tub and Spa facilities are lovely.Limited entertainment for children and no evening family facilities. But great for relaxed pace and plenty of activities local to area.

Lovely location and lodge, very clean and inviting, everything you needed to enjoy a lovely break with great granddaughter and granddaughter.

The lodge was great, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. A few more utensils in the kitchen would be nice, but not essential. One of the laps was broken when we arrived but this did not affect our stay at all

Everything was really great, we loved the lodge, the beds were really comfortable. Just a little bit of (hopefully helpful) feedback. The carpet is a little loose on the stairs and I was worried the children would slip.

Plenty of cobwebs. Just could've done with a more thorough spring clean that's all. Some elements inside look a bit tired and worn but everything worked and we didn't need to ask for anything or complain

There were a few minor issues with the lodge the hot water was too hot, to the point of scalding so we had to be very careful, particularly with the kids. The limited storage space in the bedrooms was taken up partly by spare bedding and cleaning equipment so there wasnt space for suitcases. The hot tub was tucked away down the side of the lodge rather than on the main deck area and as a result we didnt use it as much. The kitchen was missing a cheese grater and a bottle opener. The jack and Jill arrangement of the bathrooms meant that there were too many doors and the kids regularly forgot to unlock their door so we had to access via their bedroom and risk waking them up. None of these really affected our enjoyment of the holiday though. The living space was comfortable, cosy and spacious. Im sure we will be back.

Lovey spacious caravan. Large sofa not very comfortable & mattress in master bedroom little on the thin side but mattresses are a very difficult thing to get right for everyone! Cosy, warm, well equipped & hot tub great addition.

Beds were truly awful. Hot tub was great.

There was no hairdryer, where every where I have been always supplies a hairdryer.No plug for the bath

Larger than the average caravan. Deer park 12 was like a show home. Dishwasher and washing machine which were very useful. Hot tub was nice but kept us up at night when it kicked in to maintain temperature. Overall nice clean place. Double bed could do with a mattress replacement.

Grubby lodge and beds were uncomfortable with the end sticking out in both rooms and catching our legs on it

The accommodation was good and overall very clean. We did have a few ants in the main bedroom which seemed to be getting in by the radiator in the room, but we dealt with it. The TV was getting a little old and we couldn't use our Firestick, but that didn't bother us. Everything else was amazing... great to have your won hot tub.

Mobile home was below standards we had before at Finlake

The lodge is overall very nice and has the added bonus of having a sauna as well as the hot tub.On arrival the lodge was very clean except the dishwasher was filthy.There is a washing machine but no dryer so we still had to take the wet clothes to the laundrette to dry.The sofas were very uncomfortable, they are more like the type of sofas you would find in a waiting room (ridged and upright) so not the best to relax in the evening.Overall the lodge is very nice although a little outdated kitchen and bathrooms but perfectly serviceable.

The superior lodge was exactly what we wanted and more! The en-suites in both double bedrooms were brilliant and having a washing machine on a very wet and muddy holiday was exactly what we needed. Lots of information available and a very comfortable stay. Our one niggle would be that the sheets didnt stay on particularly well apart from that, brilliant!

Lodge 33 The Hampshires was comfortable and well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed that there was more than the usual standard equipment for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great and the hot tub was sparkling clean and very enjoyable. A couple of little niggles (broken switch for the en-suite fan isolator) and the dining room carpet is due for a good wash, but overall very good value for money.

A bit dated and not respected by all that use it

Lodge was tired, bed super uncomfortable, we paid extra for a luxury lodge and this was not luxury. It wasnt cleaned especially deeply. It smelt of other animals, there was mud on the mat. The WiFi was super slow.

The hot tub and WiFi didnt work for the first evening and all the next day until 8pm, our autistic son couldnt use any of the social areas due to his disability, so the two things he had been excited about he couldnt use and this upset him and he was angry at us because of this, as we were only there for four nights, this was a quarter of our holiday ruined

No where to store food, but we adjusted the cupboards to suit, other than that fantastic lodge and location to activity field x

It was ok, Im guessing a onsuite and small walk in wardrobe to the master make it superior?Very basic set up, bedrooms small but perfectly adequate for 4 nights.We had a good location with only a short walk to the main facilities.
