Was amazing would love to stay there again very clean and tidy

WiFi and sofa were poor and need replacing/upgrading. Everything else was perfect

Needed a bit more tlc in terms of cleaning, bit dusty in places.

Dirty sofas with stains.Dirty ironing board cover, which wasn't even on the board.Cloth eared door mat.Double bed not securely joined together.Rusty radiator.

Good lodge, some small issues, but sorted immediately. Nice and quiet, ideal for our short break

Great weekend in a spacious lodge with hot tub. It could have been cleaner and a parasol would have been appreciated. I personally didn't like the keyless entry system although I appreciate why it was in place.

Advertised as a 3 bed lodge, but basically a 3 bed caravan - paper thin walls and the 2 rooms with single beds are more like children's rooms!

There was no dishwasher, but it was a new caravan and it was lovely inside. There was only one shower for six people. Last time, we had accommodation for four with two showers. Again, just a little thing.

Our lodge was a lovely size and provided everthing we needed but was itself in need of some TLC, including updating, maintenance and a clean of the areas that get missed on routine change overs i.e. kitchen blinds, inside dishwasher around hinges on door, tops of pictures. On both the patio doors and main door even when fully locked you could see a gap right through to outside. The outside furniture was rusty and not cleaned, large bird mess splatters! And the gate latch was broke. The mattress on the single beds overhung the bed bases, so wouldnt be ideal for a larger person.

We had a lovely stay! The place was so peaceful, perfect for relaxing and our dog loved it.

The caravan was excellent in every way. The only thing that we felt was lacking was information on how to use the heating.

We had such a lovely weekend staying here, really enjoyed it. Would definitely come back later in the year!

We just got back from a four-night stay at this cosy cottage and honestly, we loved it! The owners are super friendly but completely respectful of privacy, which was great. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog to run around freely. The place had everything we needed and the hot tub was such a treat! We even used the BBQ one evening. Definitely planning to come back and already told friends about it. Thanks for a lovely break!

A lovely holiday home, we have a small dog and usually you are provided with holiday homes of a certain quality! This however was the opposite as the home was super clean and very nice.

Needs a bit of updating the lodge curtains need replacing as mould on bottom carpet combing away and decking post broken

We had such a lovely stay at this cottage! The place is spotlessly maintained and packed with everything we needed. Our dogs loved the nearby walks and we enjoyed meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, who was really curious. The host was super friendly and quick to reply. Definitely coming back, great value!

Absolutely loved staying here! The cottage feels so cosy with the log burner and hot tub. Hosts are lovely, very peaceful spot. Can't wait to come back!

The lodge suited us and had everything required for a great week. The beds were ok The appliances were all good condition and Wi-Fi was good for our requirements. Position on site was peaceful and relaxing (Fairways) however a bit of a walk to centre. We used the car, which is easy and we had some delicious meals delivered from the Hub. We didnt have a hot tub which was through choice. Parking was good and right by our lodge. Towels were included and beds were made up Shop at the Hub and cafe are Cashless

Very old lodge, needs maintenance and also a really good spring clean.Helpful to have washing machine and dishwasher.

Poor beds, mattresses really basic.Really bad smell in the accommodation.Dust on light fittings.Sofa cushions dirty.No awning on the hot tub making it unusable during bad weather.

Twin rooms very small. When we arrived carpets were wet and stayed wet for a long time. Had everything we needed if a little tired. The hot tub was great!

The home was decorated nicely although showing signs of wear and tear. The beds were not very comfortable as we could all feel the mattress springs. Everything you needed for self catering was provided however it would have been nice to have a BBQ.

29 Foxglove Avoid staying in this lodge!! There is nothing deluxe about it!! Its tired & incredibly uncomfortable. The shower door was broken & mouldy. Furniture is tattyBlinds were filthy Oven knobs all worn out & old baking trays covered in foil Cooking utensils were cheap plastic & kitchen contents very very basic.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming place tucked away in such a peaceful spot. The owners were genuinely welcoming and always ready to help if needed, but it still felt very private. The hot tub was a real highlight after a long day of cycling, honestly! One thing to keep in mind is that the cottage is right under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us much once we got used to it, but it might be something to consider if youre sensitive to noise. Overall, we loved it!
