Very clean and comfortable

Had a great 3night stay, couldnt give a great rating for the restaurant as we didnt use it at all bar ran out of moretti lager on pump so had to have fosters but not a problem we only used the bar on the first night.

Great caravan The bed was comfortable which was a surprise as previously I have struggled with the comfort of it So well done My only over. Compliant is a generic one when you put the car park space why dont sites take it back to where the door is on the caravan as you then have to walk in the mud and especially when wet the dirty gos into the caravan

The caravan was disappointing for a gold plus caravan, and falling to bits inside and surrounded by fag dimps outside. It was also dirty on our arrival. A complaint was made to reception the following day as the reception closes at 6 and we were late arriving. The caravan was given a good clean and maintenance made a couple of repairs. The girls on reception couldn't have been more helpful. The pool was clean and not over full, however it is annoying queuing at 9 am every morning to book a slot. Food and drink on site was adequate but overpriced. Be prepared to travel to fill the days. Entertainment provided is very limited, however there are a few paid activities you can do. Nice site if you want a quiet break

Lovely accommodation but very low on kitchen plates etc Beds were uncomfortable but clean.

Caravan was excellent, only negative point was the size of single beds. They were not suitable for the adults who needed to use them. Due to covid we didnt use all the facilities but the staff we did encounter were very helpful and very friendly

The most loveliest, friendliest, cleanest holiday park. Caravan was spotless and the way they handled the Covid situation was fantastic. Couldnt recommend this park highly enough and we shall return!!! Thank you for an amazing week.

Didn't use restaurant on site as either BBQ'd or ate at Southwold. Would use site again.

A great caravan perfect for a small family

Clean, modern accommodation, well fitted out. A few basic instructions for the kitchen equipment would have been useful

The bed was so uncomfortable did not get much sleep on it everything else fine...

Excellent accommodation and great value for money.

Caravan was a fantastic spec for such a cheap price. Fresh linen and stocked enough for a few days. Would take more utensils if staying longer than the weekend. Only complaint is the caravan could of been cleaner.

Great break / weekend getaway cant wait to book again. If I could afford to I would have a caravan on this site for sure.

Good place to take our two 5 year old grandsons. Second year of holidaying at Carlton meres.

We had a lovely relaxing time. It would have been nice to have more details on performance and activity times.

Great couple nights will book later next time save money. Travelled with 21/2 year old.

Nice clean quiet site.

Lovely peaceful place, only a view of other vans but I didn't expect more. Van was spacious and comfortable.

Caravans were all fairly new, clean and well spaced out, whole site was well kept and the staff were polite and helpful.

Very nice caravan, very well appointed. However the beds mattresses were plastic coated, which made them very uncomfortable. Site it’s self very clean and tidy, member’s of staff we’re helpful. The fishing lakes were great, very large carp, plenty of silver fish. Overall I would recommend this site?

Fantastic site, very large, shop tiny but doesn’t detract from overall experience.
