Lovely caravan. All was very clean and very comfy beds. Sufficient kitchen equipment. Would book again.

The caravan was clean, nice touches with extras such as ice cube bags, complimentary cleaning kit, fully stocked utensils and crockery and good quality pots and pans, kitchen appliances were very good, furniture and fixtures were all very nice, loved having a smart TV and internet access.

Accommodation:The caravan was very compact, much smaller than anticipated for a Plus model. The sofa bed was nearly unusablevery thin mattress and not even the size of a proper double. The single beds were also smaller than standard, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable for everyone.

Had a great week at the site with family, caravans were new & spotlessly clean. Location was great for us, and there are stunning views over the coast. Facilities are great, with a lovely indoor heated pool. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay here, perfect for a relaxed getaway rather than the hustle of Haven-style entertainment. The parks quite nice, ideal if you want a peaceful base for exploring the surrounding area. We really enjoyed it and already booked again for August 2024. Definitely a spot for a chill holiday!

Very comfortable stay

We had a lovely stay at Waterside and honestly, we left feeling really pleased. The whole site was spotless and well looked after, which made a big difference. Our caravan was comfy and had an amazing view of the sea and the steam train passing by - such a nice touch. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful and we appreciated the courtesy call from reception shortly after arriving to see if everything was okay. We didnt really take advantage of the facilities, but they all looked clean and inviting. The place was pretty quiet in the evenings, which suited us perfectly - if youre into bingo or just a peaceful night, its ideal!

Really pleased with the upgrade deal

We had a really comfortable stay! The beds, including the pull-out in the lounge, were super cosy and everyone slept well. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking easy. We skipped the evening entertainment because of COVID, but the one meal we had at Smugglers Cove was lovely. Only suggestion is adding recycling facilities. Wed definitely return!

We had a lovely stay here, perfect if you're after a quiet, laid-back holiday. The park itself is really nice, though dont expect loads of Haven-style entertainment. Its more about relaxing and exploring the local area. We enjoyed it so much, weve already booked to come back in August 2024!

We didn't make much use of the facilities, but everything looked clean and inviting. The place was quite peaceful at night, with not much evening entertainment, but honestly, that suited us just fine-perfect for a quiet, relaxing break with plenty of bingo and downtime. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The caravan was spotless and really comfy. The bus rides to Paignton, Brixham and Torquay were fantastic - so easy and convenient. The relaxing vibe, especially with the steam train passing by, made it even better!

The site is pretty cosy and chill, but honestly, better beach access would have made it perfect. Still, its a great spot to explore places like Paignton, Brixham and Torquay! Great for a base.

We really enjoyed the views here, especially watching the steam train go past the caravan - kids absolutely loved it! The caravan was reasonably priced and the staff were super helpful whenever we needed anything.

Comfortable stay, lovely surroundings.

We were after a budget-friendly weekend with the dog over the bank holiday and came across Waterside. Honestly, I was a bit worried given some reviews, but we werent expecting luxury anyway. The location was brilliant, with gorgeous coastal walks in both directions. Just a few minutes walk to a quaint village with shops and takeaways. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the doggie welcome packs were a really nice touch. Our caravan was clean and decent enough - not br and new, but we knew that going in. It served as a great base for exploring the area and relaxing. We didnt bother with the pool or club, but they looked fine. All in all, a lovely little break and Id definitely come back!

Lovely clean and tidy, reception staff very welcoming and phone call follow ups are a great touch.
The on-site chef served burnt pizza but sent out another free of charge also much appreciated. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Our holiday at Waterside was absolutely amazing! We had one of the new caravans and it was so gorgeous and cozy! We also had the view of the great western outside our caravan. 100% recommend this for a holiday!

Lovely surroundings, quiet but close enough to public transport to go Brixham or paignton way. My grandson loved watching the steam trains go by . Staff were all very welcoming and helpful x will definitely be back

A lovely site with good facilities. Good location, with easy access to the Coastal Path.
Also easy access to local areas by good, local, bus service.

Amazing location. Nice caravan with everything that we needed. Staff were helpful when there was a problem with the internet. Only issue was about ordering food from the restaurant - the ordering site wasn’t working.
