Lovely park, lodges spotless. Enjoyed our break. Only negative, onsite restaurant and bar NOT dog friendly. Big No,No in my book. Only my opinion.

Gas and electric wasn't too bad even though we had the heating on blast for the first night as we didn't know how to turn it down. All in all we will be back in the summer to do some of the beautiful walks that are around!Oven isn't the greatest but you're probably not likely to use it much anyway. Would also recommend taking bin bags too as they aren't provided, also bring extra toilet roll. beds were comfortable and the lodge was well equipped.

Unfortunately there was evidence that the lodge hadnt been deep cleaned as stated on booking conformation and notices within lodge itself

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The lodge was perfect. The only suggestion would be to add hooks to the back of cupboards and perhaps locate a couple without children away from the playground!

The lodge was very well laid out with everything you need.
The beds and sofas extremely comfortable.
Couple of things that might help others in the future: some instructions in the lodge for heating system and a cafetire for coffee.
