On arriving at our Bungalow the damp and fusty smell was overwhelming. I reported this to reception and was only told that nothing could be done only an offer of the cleaner coming around in the morning, but what was the point of that?The bedding that was left on the bed for us to make ourselves smelt damp and fusty so much so that I struggled to breathe in the night. The club house was not open until the Wednesday, the reception come games room come restaurant smelt fusty. The small swimming pool had to be booked for a 45 minute slot so we never got to use it, and we were not advised that this would be the case when we booked the holiday. On the last day I reported this fusty bedding and our fusty bungalow problem to a woman called Denise who (said that she lived upstairs at Tolroy Manor House) knocked and asked us if she could leave fresh bedding that was sealed in a green plastic bag inside our door, but I then noticed that she was also leaving these same bags on the floor outside every property for the cleaner to get round to cleaning and then leave this (by then obviously smelly sweating damp and fusty bedding) for the next victim to use. OMG No wonder the bedding and the properties stank damp and gusty.Would I return to Tolroy Manor? No, not ever. Not even if they paid for me to stay.

The site was lovely but the entertainment was rubbish as there was none so would like to know why as is tha not part of a holiday some staff were rude we had trouble with the water but was to much to ask wont be going to that site again

Very uncomfortable ages old spring mattress, had a bad neck pain because of this and also the dishwasher wasnt working, water was leaking to the kitchen floor.

A lovely break away after several hectic months of work during the pandemic .

All nice and clean. Happy with the accommodation apart from tha large sofa had been fixed with a piece of wood which was really uncomfortable to sit on as it left it at a funny angle.

Both my wife (Donna) and I thoroughly recommend the place. We went back in May (2019) along with five sets of our family and the grand children for my wifes 50th - we had a ball - so she and I returned with dog for a Monday - to Thursday stay in October and LOVED IT. We WILL RETURN in 2020 for sure

Accomodation as described better than I expected. Some kitchen applances eg microwave past best and missing chopping board. Heating good and proper bath and water hot. Well equiped with excellent bed and linen. Did not have any meals or entertainment as it started 9.15 for adults and looked a bit dark and dreary. Did not use swimming pool as that looked gloomy tried to go on Sunday but out of order. Shop good well stocked and friendly

Fantastic atmosphere with beautiful surroundings, close to beaches , local aminaties . Penzance and st ives with in 15 minuets . Lands end 3/4 of an hour . Local and main line trains at Penzance
