Really good!!

Lovely caravan. Was clean. Everything you need was there. Some of the displays on microwave and Heating controls were worn, so couldnt see the numbers. Guess work needed. Other than that was a great break.

Everything I needed for a short get away was there .

The wadebridge 3 premier was showing its age, a bit run down. As a premier caravan I would have expected more.

The cleanliness was horrendous every thing is covered in stains I almost wanted to bin the 2 cushions on the sofa I removed them and placed them out of the way but how they can be left in such a vile state is beyond me how hard is it to wash them . It just needs a massive deep clean to remove the stains. The bathrooms where ok . We didn't use the oven as it smelt bad .we wiped over all the surfaces with antibacterial wipes . The hot tub was fantastic again green mildew all over the cover and outside doors and windows.

been staying here for years and vans have never been refreshed. they are lovely just need some time and effort popped in ie replace carpets new curtains as they are getting dated

Caravan well worn and shabby

Beds comfy clean with ensuite to each bedroom. Lounge area very comfortable Freezer very frosted but all kitchen equipment in working order and fit for purpose

Good caravan. Could not get dishwasher nor c d player to work and no instructions but did not affect our stay

I can honestly say this was the best caravan we have ever stayed in. It was very spacious with lots of storage and the bed was really comfortable.

Was disappointed with the furnishings in the Wadebridge 3. They were dirty with stains on sofa and chairs. Toilet was very small as was the main bathroom. Not all the beds were made up as stated in the information given on website. The security barrier was not always down even when returning late at night the barrier was up for anyone to access the site not just guests, Not very security conscious.

Dirty carpets with stains on furniture. Big cobwebs with spiders. Chipped worktop and doors and windows that we couldn't close.

Lovely accommodation everything you need and very clean

Tired furniture and not the most comfortable sofas. Beds were lovely. Showers were fine, one didn't drain too well. Kitchen was nice but some of the fittings were damaged and coming off and these havent been fixed or replaced. Lots of space for our family to live in comfortably.

Clean and tidy accommodation, but was very tired and in need of renovation.friendly staff, good facilities on site.

Very helpful staff definitely 5 stars for them.Caravan was poor, needed a good clean and some maintenance required.

St Austell 2 caravan was fully equipped for our stay. Lovely and clean. Plenty of room and in a great location for the reception and pool

Excellent value for money, everything was in good condition and clean. Hot tub was excellent and tested everyday. Location of the caravan was perfect, plenty of bins within a mins walk.

We booked this last minute and the price we paid was what we would have expected for this caravan. If we had paid full price Im not sure it would have been worth it.

Nice dog friendly caravan with decking at the front & a good standard of build inside too.We stayed in number 35, which was unfortunately right by the railway line & was woken up at 7am by the first train every morning, but wasn't a big problem.

Very nice and spacious accommodation

Plenty of room the hot tub was very clean and checked every day.

Caravan was clean apart from stain on sofa. However, rust on radiators & the outside patio furniture wasn't what you would want to sit on.

Lovely caravan with everything you could need. The hot tub was great too!
