We stayed in one of the lodges up by the lake and it was truely amazing. The lodges are well done and the club house was great. Only downfall was the weather and the kids club was a bit disappointing but we were out of season, so would deginately give it another try.

Lovely caravan. Bed not very comfortable but plenty of room in main bedroom and nice to have a second toilet. Needed an airer to dry swimming items. Also needed a couple of baking trays for use in oven.

Value for money

Caravan was well fitted and everything we needed in it, was very clean to.

Bedside lamp in double room would have been nice - and lighting a bit harsh.

Lovely caravan and we would definitely stay in the same accommodation again.

We had a fabulous stay, enjoyed our hot tub at least once if not twice a day, the indoor and outdoor pools, the woodland walks, football pitch and used the restaurant and shop. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Very happy with the accommodation, surprisingly spacious and well laid out. Would recommend.

Caravan holidays are expensive but this was a lovely site

The accommodation was clean and nicely furnished. It says it sleeps 6 but would be tight with 6 adults. There were 4 adults.I have disablity issues and found the steps up to the decking were very high and also could not use the shower as no grab handles in the bathrooms

The lodge had ever thing you need for a bit of R&R.

Excellent apart from long delay regarding check in. Cannot give any proper rating regarding restaurant as not used & no way of showing this.

Good clean well kept park. Good value restaurant with helpful staff. Other facilities adequate but would have liked to see a bigger play area possibly grass section for our teenage grandchildren to kick a ball around as not possible by caravan. We had to wait 6 days to book football court.

Lodge was fine, just wish we had option to deliver food like they said we could! App didnt have options

Me and my friend have just got back from our hoilday at shorefield, this is are 4 year running taking our dogs on there yearly hoilday. As always had a great time , shorefield is hard to beat. Can't think of any better place to go. Great staff. Well done to you all.

Nice quiet site, although we were a couple and visited outside the childrens holidays. Just a couple of observations. Think the weeds round the caravans made it look a bit untidy and the area round the outdoor pool and play area looked as though it needed some improvements, but everywhere else, both inside and outside the reception buildings, looked very clean. It was in a very good location for places to visit and would certainly return. We did not visit the restaurant so cannot comment.

Had a great holiday, sadly the steam room wasn't working ( the jacuzzi only worked part of the time) otherwise good and very helpful staff.
