Fantastic location and our lodge was perfect too. The only thing I would like to mention are the stairs leading to the lodge. If you are able bodied there are no problems at all but it should be clearly noted in the description to avoid anyone with an issue with stairs to be fully informed. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Hot tub and the 2nd chalet were good.

Hot tub in our first caravan was tatty and old. I didnt like being over looked by 3 other caravans. My children felt very uncomfortable every time they went out to play because people were watching them.

Lovely. Really enjoyed it. Spacious with excellent hot tub. Recommended.

Very un clean

Amazing lodge, beautifully decorated. Only down side was the beds as they werent very comfortable so none of us had a good night sleep.

cusions didnt match on sofa,& a bit tired,& as i said smelling of dogs,decking really slippery when wet,we have been with hosesans quite a lot so we know what standard to expect,

Good accommodation

An excellent, modern and clean lodge which was well equipped and an amazing place to stay as a home from home.

Comfortable and all you need in a holiday home.

A lovely spacious lodge. Some areas could have done with a a bit of modernising but good value for money. The hot tub was a real big and the facilities in the lodge were good

Nice looking lodge, very spacious with large balcony. In a small group of 4 lodges. Central on site for the pub amd facilities (once open) 2 minute walk from Lodge.

As previously stated, I cannot fault the caravan. It was perfect for us. Its just a shame everything else around us wasnt up to scratch. The only thing missing from the caravan was a hairdryer. Its not a major issue but most caravans provide one as its less for visitors to carry. Maybe something to consider. But other than that, a lovely place to stay.

Tired, dirty lodge in desperate need of some tlc.

Stayed at 76 brambles hot tub quite private want the same caravan next time we come hopefully that will be ok no downside to the caravan more like a lodge

Had an amazing stay would definitely visit again

So easy to book and very accommodating with special requirements.

Lacked coffee tables so I had to drag the mouldy patio ones indoors. They were hard to clean so not very sanitary. Lacking in anywhere to dry bath towels or wet coats. Very cold on arrival and took ages to warm the place, but after that it was fine. No facilities to speak of on site - leisure centre not open yet. Beds and sofas comfortable, thanks. Everything had a cramped feel compared to the Comfort Plus 4 I staying in last time. Again, all my ratings could have easily been higher with a little care and attention to basic details. Whole accommodation was lovely and clean. The park being a building site from 8am with dumper trucks, lorries and forklifts bombing around did not make for a comfortable and relaxing stay and ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The lodge had decking all around which was lovely, and this will be lovely in the summer.Two negatives:1) the decking was very green & dirty which made it super slippery and very dangerous, especially when you get out of the hot tub. - maybe clean this more regular or use anti slip decking.2) lack of street lights, very dark walking back from the connected county pub,The Blagdon innOver all great stay and we will go back

Double needed replacing.No bedside lights.No coffee table in lounge for use when watching tv..The lodge was very clean and tidy but very sparse as regards furniture but I expect this was as a result of this being a lodge for disabled persons.When booking I was aware of the above but the pictures of the lodge when I booked was different from the lodge we were allocated.All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and trancwill

We had lovely accomodation,it's a shame builders were were working next to us,the noise was awful.If we were told before we went we would have gone somewhere else.We will never return to this holiday park

Blind hanging off bath panel cracked decking aera green and slippery there were warning signs that didn't help us getting in and out bag of dog poo on decking chair told staff but was still there when we left

Great all brilliant

I loved the lodge, it was perfect for us. Plenty of room, everything we needed was there already, hot tub was great.

Clean and tidy, beds were comfy too

Most of our review is written in the first section. I will add for those who haven't been to Devon before, please do visit Devon, there is so much to go and see, we've been several times and have always done something different every time.
