We all had a lovely time. Kids enjoyed the hot tub! Perfect location, walking distance to beach and shops.

The maintenance men were great, so friendly. We couldn't work out how to turn the heating on but they came and helped straight away.

When booking the lodge it had 6 foot panelling around the hot tub as the privacy area however when we got to our lodge at the park it was 3ft frosted glass with gaps in between so in fact had two lodges that could clearly look into the hot tub area the lodge next to us their kitchen window was looking directly into the hot tub. Also the plastic flooring outside of the lodge was dangerous 80% of the time first time we arrived there were hailstones on the ramp and we were unable to get into the lodge due to the slippery surface. Everytime it rained it would be slippery and some nights when it was cold it would turn to ice and it would be dangerous to get to and from the hot tub. The push taps were so hard to not get water over yourself because they were difficult to push anyway and when you did the water would be extremely fast hitting the sink too hard and causing a mess.Found hairs and stains on sofas and bed linen wardrobes paint was cracked the whole lodge just felt slightly outdated no upkeep. No dustpan to pick anything up either. Not enough plugs in the bedrooms must of been about 2?Clock had no battery in it so didnt work.Showers had trouble getting to the right tempture very hard work to figure out how to get them to temperature very basic showers would not class them as luxury.Tv completely broken on second day and had to ask maintenance to attend to fix and got a replacement. When speaking to maintenance it felt like they were reluctant to help. One side of jets didnt work in the hot tub at this point we felt awkward asking maintance anymore so we just had to put up with it. The entrance to the park was very awkward getting in or out with a lower body car as it was just a dropped pavement.Would have been nice for some kitchen roll and tin foil.

It was ok. Bit small for a 6 birth. However it was very clean and had the basics.

Beautiful place. Staff really polite and friendly. Location was perfect. Bit of a trek to the sister site where we could use the pool but took the car down. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you for making our holiday wonderful :)

Autumn break, location was good. It was quiet, accommodation was good, except for no lighting by steps.

Excellent accommodation spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Only downside is the one toilet is very small, but we had toilet in the shower room so wasnt to much of a problem. Would definitely stay again

We stayed in oak lodge 4 and it had lovely decor and sofas you could just sink into and relax, the beds were really comfortable too and a HUGE bath so soak in not to forget the all important hot tub which had plenty of privacy.

Nice camp for couples but nothing really for families on site although quite close to beach and fair rides on the front if you don't run out of money..

We were really impressed with glade plot 3. The only reason I have marked it down is because the kitchen was lacking equipment.
There were only very small drinking glasses which constantly have to be topped up while eating. I would have also liked a pint glass and a gin glass available.
The kitchen was also missing oven gloves and a few other bits that would have made self catering easier.
