We had a fantastic stay here. The place is super peaceful and well kitted out. Loved the hot tub! The hosts are lovely and if you're after some quiet time, this spot is perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage on a working farm. Its surprisingly private and the owners, Robert and Sharon, are just lovely. The place is really spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom and the bed was super comfy - we slept like logs! The garden is perfect for dogs, totally secluded and furnished nicely. There are plenty of walks nearby and Thaxted has some cracking restaurants like The Star and The Maypole. Wed definitely recommend it!

We had such a lovely weekend here! Everything matched what we were hoping for and were already planning to come back. The pups were totally spoilt with the underfloor heating and playing outside in the garden. Lunas wagging tail got a bit strained, but the vet says its just from all the excitement. Happy pups, happy us!

Overall, we had a lovely stay at the lodge. It was spotless since it was br and new, which was great. We did run into a little mix-up with the towels because the info changed after booking, so that was a bit annoying. Also, some extra touches like side tables and lamps would have made it perfect. Despite that, wed definitely come back - still had a fantastic time!

The cabin was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay really comfortable. Its ideal for two folks for sure!

We had a fantastic stay! Sharon and Robert really went out of their way to make us feel at home, which was lovely. The place was super clean, comfy and perfect for our dog Archie - he was safe and happy. The location was spot on, with loads of nice walks nearby and Thaxted and the surrounding villages are just charming. Honestly, we left feeling totally recharged and relaxed, it was just what we needed!

We spent a week at the cottage from July 15th to 22nd with our two mini daschund girls and they absolutely loved it! They made friends in the village of Thaxted, which was lovely to see. The cottage itself was really charming, especially the hot tub-perfect for those hot days when the water was cooled down and extra refreshing. The hosts were super welcoming and it was nice to see their horses being taken out to the fields every day. Despite being near Stansteds flight path, we enjoyed watching the planes - quite a sight! Definitely recommend!

We stayed in a beautifully converted house that was super cosy and warm, perfect for a rainy December day. The bath was enormous and the shower was great too! Even though its under a flight path, we barely noticed the planes, so dont let that put you off. Its a peaceful spot, ideal for dogs wary of fireworks. Thanks a lot for a lovely stay!

We recently stayed at Coverdale Lodge and from the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed. The place was spotless-honestly one of the cleanest spots we've ever stayed in. The hot tub was a bit cosy for two, but just right for us to relax. The location is peaceful and quiet, with Stokesley just a quick five-minute drive away, which is such a lovely little town. Theres plenty to explore nearby, though its worth noting that nothings really walkable from the park itself. Wed definitely recommend it and would love to come back. Only slight hiccup was the flies-had a few buzzing around, which was a bit annoying, but not a big deal. Considering it was November and we didnt have doors or windows open, it was a bit odd. Still, overall a great stay!

Micro lodge is really best suited for just two, as the sofa bed isnt actually a proper sofa bed. Its one of those fold-in-half leather chairs, which was pretty uncomfortable for the kids, to be honest. Wouldnt recommend for families.

Such a lovely little holiday park. It was perfect for our few nights away, in a peaceful area and no noise from other cabins due to the space between them.

Perfect safe place staff were really friendly and so helpful. The site and lodge was clean and quiet. Great place to rest and then travel out to nearby villages and Whitby beach. Definitely recommend

We had a fabulous mini break here last weekend. We loved the location and the hot tub. Nice and relaxing and not too busy. Lodges have a good amount of space between them.
Would definitely like to return.

we enjoyed our break the only thing i would say is the sofa is really uncomfortable to sit on if you want to watch TV on an evening and there was only 1 chair on the decking with the table so if there is 2 of you that is not much good but other than that it was a lovely break we only saw a staff member once but kerry was always on the end of a text message if needed.
