We had such a lovely stay at this cottage! Its tucked away on a working farm but feels really private and peaceful. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are genuinely lovely and make you feel at home. The place is super spacious and the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The bed was incredibly comfy, which was a bonus. The garden is perfect for dogs-completely secluded and furnished nicely. Plenty of walks nearby and the local restaurants in Thaxted, like The Star and The Maypole, are worth a visit. Wed definitely recommend it!
