Overall the lodge was lovely, tvs in each room and comfortable furniture. My only small gripe was no coat or shoe storage which was unfortunate as it rained a lot when I was there.

Nice caravan, nice furniture and large outdoor area with furniture.Has ironing board, mini iron,washing machine, clothes airer, dishwasher, a really nice super cold fridge freezer.The only problem was the spider webs and spiders(which you would expect as you are in a caravan) but the webs need to be cleaned up and also the cleanliness in the bathrooms. Toilets were grubby looking, needs a good bleach and the floors needs a good mop as my sons feet was black from walking barefoot.

Well appointed caravan. Some hooks for towels would be useful.

Cleanliness is purely based on the hot tub

Lovely caravan with hot tub. Decking around caravan with table & chairs mouldy ,so could do with a good clean. Other than that nothing else to complain about. Lovely lake with forest walk on site.

Great week away with the family- 4 adults and 1 child. Opted for the 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms lodge. Plenty space and comfortable beds. Aspen 7 was a perfect space outside as well- nice and private as well as quiet. Good location to be able to explore the area and local attractions. Looking to book again.

Accommodation was great, site was clean, staff friendly. The weather was hot so I rang reception to see if they had any fans available, but was informed they do not provide them, which was disappointing. Unfortunately we were unlucky with some of our neighbours and didn't really get to enjoy the peace and quiet we were expecting from other reviews.

Clean accommodation. Lots of space. Only downside was no cushion on the outside furniture.

The lodge was really clean, modern, well kept. Had everything we needed for the week stay, kitchen was well laid out and easy to use. Water pressure was perfect for the shower! TV had access to the Streaming apps as well as having access to DVD and a player which helped keep everyone entertained. Only small complaint is the mattress was a tad uncomfortable.

Lovely nature surroundings. Exceptional ckean and well made. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Very well maintained site, had a lovely quiet holiday .

We had a relaxing time in a quiet environment.

Lodge very tired. Furniture worn. Had to report showers both not working.

Upon entering you have an immediate sense that relaxation awaits you. Beautifully decorated, furniture was comfortable, the dining table gleaming, the kitchen spotlessly clean, good size fridge freezer, washer-dryer, plenty of cupboard space and utensils/crockery/cutlery/glassware, all neatly placed and gleaming brightly. 3 shiny bathrooms, nice sized bedrooms, windows clean and clear, bright white, crisp bedding, plump pillows, plenty of towels. 5 star all round.

Good.....but the under growth was too wide around the lodge.Bramble were going through the decking

Really impressed with how comfy it was, plus the washing machines a real bonus for travelling light. Outside space was lovely too.

We had such a lovely stay! The owners were genuinely warm and helpful, making us feel right at home. The cottage itself is adorable, with its charming half-timbered style and a really powerful shower that was much appreciated after a day exploring. The cosy kitchen and comfy bed made it perfect for relaxing. Plus, parking right outside was a real bonus and the walks around Thaxted are just beautiful. Wed definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was lovely and peaceful, with plenty of great walks nearby. The quality of the accommodation was top-notch and the pubs and restaurants were just a short stroll away. Loved it!

Excellent short break. First time we had been to this park, lovely and quiet. We have a dog so it was the perfect setting. Will definately be returning.

We had a fantastic stay at Brokers wood.
So much to see and do in the surrounding areas.We loved the on-site activities.

We had a fantastic time, the accommodation was so clean and well looked after, the hot tub checked daily and it was so quiet. I do think this park is undersold as we couldn't fault anything. We had deliveries from local takeaways direct to our lodge, the children did the Tarzan Trial and the walks in the wood with the dog were fantastic. Yes down by the lake there is building work for the new lodges so I agree with previous comments of not wanting to stay in one of the pods currently. We would 100% return.

My husband and I took our pup on his first holiday to Brokerswood. He absolutely loved it. As did we! Such a lovely location. Beautiful lake and woodland area. The cabin was comfortable and cosy, exactly what we were looking for. Gated decking area, perfect for the pooch. Friendly staff, very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will most definitely stay again. Thank you! ?

Had a wonderful relaxing family time . Only complaint is the double bed needs a new mattress. Thank you

Short notice weekend away was amazing value for money and had an amazing time booked an activity and the coach for canoeing was absolutely incredible will definitely be back

Lovely holiday park very clean and tidy, nice relaxing vibe. Book canoeing whilst there guys really friendly guys. Also have high ropes, archery and axe throwing. Cute little park for the little ones. Shop onside.Would definitely recommend
