We had a fantastic stay at this cosy little cottage. Its nicely tucked away, offering privacy but still close enough to town for essentials. The hot tub and underfloor heating in the bathroom were real highlights. Rob, Sharon and Bonnie made us feel so welcome. Cant wait to return!

Very cosy spot, right where you want to be!

We stayed at Lodge 70 and honestly, it ticked all the boxes. The spot on the site is perfect, close to the entrance, so no long walks and the view of the hills is unobstructed. The hot tub area felt really private, which was a bonus. Overall, we had a great stay!

We had a lovely stay! The owners are genuinely friendly and very attentive without being overbearing. The cottage itself is beautifully kept, charming with its half-timbered style and the heating kept us warm on chilly nights. The shower was really powerful, which was a nice surprise. Parking was a breeze right outside and its perfect for exploring the area. Plenty of lovely walks nearby, especially through the fields to Thaxted and easy to get to other sights too. Definitely recommend!

We loved how friendly the staff were, especially with our dog. They didn't even need to be asked for a water bowl, which was a nice touch. The whole vibe was spot on and the food was really good too. Definitely a place we'd return to!

We visited the Falls restaurant twice and had a lovely experience both times. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel really welcome, which was great. Our meals were top-notch-delicious and well-presented. The waiting team on both visits couldnt have been nicer; they really looked after us and made everything smooth and enjoyable. Big thanks to them, theyre definitely a credit to the place!

We had a lovely stay at this holiday lodge. Its well-equipped and comfy. The only issue was the hot tub, which was under trees, so we got leaves and bugs in it. Still, pretty great overall!
