All the mirrors were smeared not cleaned properly no plug in the ensuite sink blind broke in bathroom so everyone could see you on the toilet

Lovely Staff very helpful and issues quickly resolved, The cleanliness let's the lodges down, Hot tub good. Food is only served on a Sunday, but open all week for drinks. Location 14 minutes to Skegness and 8 minutes to fantasy island

The lodge and bedding were clean, but the cutlery and saucepans had to be washed before use. The top of the cooker and the splashback were quite greasy. The blinds in the bathroom and ensuite had no cords, so couldn't be adjusted. The basin in the ensuite didn't have a plug. We didn't have a frying pan, and one was promised but never arrived., and we had to call the emergency number one evening as we couldnt light the gas oven.

Great location all major attractions a short drive away, lodge was spacious in a peaceful location with golf course and driving range on the door step and who doesnt love a hot tub.

Very spacious, hot tub clean, lodge clean but could do with a deep clean from time to time to get behind toilets, radiators etc. linen clean. Had a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Great lodge, hot tub was mega and fixtures and fittings were top notch.

A fantastic 4-day break! The caravan was spotless and modern. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the great location. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

5* Lodge spoilt by cheap mattress on beds, which made it difficult and painful to sleep as springs were digging into you.

Augusta is a beautiful lodge excellent with the hot tub great location everything was perfect

Didn't purchase just stayed in one for 7 nights. Good layout and design well thought out.

Lodge was so beautiful. The aesthetics were amazing and the sofas were super comfy. Wish they had a fan and there werent so many bugs in there.

Had a fantastic time Scot the Manager was always on hand if ever you needed him, the staff are helpful

I have just returned from a 2 night stay at the dumbarnie Lodge. Beautiful lodge, I can't recommend enough. Perfect location literally 5 min from Ingoldmells. We had plot 93 which had the hot tub built into the decking which made our stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottages peaceful setting was perfect and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. The owners were friendly but not overbearing at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage! The place is spotless and fully equipped, making everything so convenient. Loved having dog walks right outside the door and meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, was such a treat. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to reply. Totally worth it, well be back for sure!

Brand new lodge like home from home very clean and the wi-fi works perfectly. Great to have a hot tub and balcony with fence round for the dogs, even they didn't want to go home.

Although there is very little on site (unless you're there for golf) the site is extremely peaceful, with the club house serving great food. The site is part of a lovely golf course so if you're a golfer then great. But if not, it's still a lovely site with very welcoming staff. The lodge was really nice with free EV charging which was great. We had an ensuite bathroom with bath & shower with toilet plus and additional bathroom with toilet & shower. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked great. If I had to have one thing to pick up on, I'd say the dishwasher could do with a good clean cycle. Other than that, we really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Wonderful family holiday at Addlethorpe. We all had an amazing time. Lodge facilities were great. Staff were super helpful. I would highly recommend!

We had such a lovely weekend here! The place really ticked all our boxes and were already planning to return. Our dogs couldnt get enough of the underfloor heating and the garden - Luna was wagging her tail so much she strained it, bless her. Honestly, it was a perfect escape for both us and our pups. Cant wait to come back!

Shocking place & very ignorant & rude staff

We stayed at this place recently and honestly, its a gem! The house is super well equipped and kept us warm on a cold, rainy December day. The bath was fantastic and the shower was big enough for a proper rinse. The location is perfect for dogs, especially if they dislike fireworks - its so peaceful. The property itself is beautiful and converted really nicely. Thanks a lot!

Absolutely loved it! Will definitely come back soon, highly recommend to everyone.
