Yaxham Waters was a fantastic place to stay for us as a couple. We stayed in PF8 and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the lodge and the decor was lovely. It was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay including pots, pans, plates and cutlery, toaster, kettle, dishwasher tablets, washing machine etc. Looking out at the view of the lake was lovely and so relaxing, especially with how quiet and calm the holiday park was. We enjoyed the hot tub which was so warm, perfect for a cold night and was able to use it anytime, so stayed out there til gone midnight. We had a little garden next to our lodge with an area for BBQ so would be lovely in summer. The beds were comfy and the power on the shower was good, also good signal (paid extra for wifi but didnt need it). My only downsides about the lodge are that we had to strip the beds and place in bags, and there was no soap in the bathroom. Overall, we loved our stay and would 100% return. We were also saying wed consider buying a lodge there!!

We spent 3 nights in Park View Cottage. I booked whilst an offer was on so didnt pay full price. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it had an enclosed garden which was great for our dog, parking directly behind the cottage, and the key instructions were simple. There was enough cutlery, plates, cups, pans etc. The interior was very nice and it was clean, the hot tub was lovely too. They provided washing up liquid, a scourer, dish washer tablets, tea towels and bath towels. Everything else you need to bring yourself (e.g salt, pepper, sugar, tea bags, cooking oil, hand wash, hot tub towels, shower gel). Overall a great experience and we would definitely return.

Had a great stay here with my partner 3 children and our dog. The enclosed garden was brilliant for our dog. Accommodation was clean on arrival. Local to shops and pubs. I feel it should have laminate flooring throughout the living room and hall way just so its easier with a dog but there was a hot tap hose in the garden which was a bonus. Only thing I would say is there being more saucepans, a measuring jug in the kitchen and a mop and bucket for the kitchen floor obviously people in and out the hot tub it got quite wet and muddy.Other than that a brilliant little cottage would definitely stay again

Overall the lodge has all you want but its sofa and mattress were basic and not very comfortable. Lovely setting and site was the perfect place to relax. Found the checkout time of 9am and check in time at 5pm was late/early and then you are asked to strip the beds and bag up the towels. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall very nice experience, relaxing, peaceful and picturesque. Plenty of places to visit and ideal for fishing as there are three lakes. Inside the lodge it was well furnished and had everything you needed even though we had brought some things with us like extra towels and stuff as first time in this one and have already booked this one for next year aswell,
