Issues with the caravan already done. However, when stripping the beds for checking out there was a nasty red stain on one of the pillows.

Overall, we had a decent stay. The caravan was spotless, but the bedrooms felt a bit cramped and small. The sites a lovely spot, just a hill!'

We really appreciated the staff; they genuinely tried to make our holiday enjoyable and we cant fault their effort at all. The apartment we stayed in was supposed to be an upgrade from a caravan, but honestly, by the second day, we were wishing wed gone back to the caravan. The shower was ridiculously small, which was a bit of a pain and the outside space was pretty much useless since we were stuck on the wrong side, so we couldnt enjoy the sun. The entertainment was decent, but mostly geared towards young kids, so if you dont have little ones, it might not be as appealing. The location was a bit inconvenient too - its quite a trek to the beach, about 40 minutes walk and if you drive, theres the added cost of parking. Overall, I enjoyed my time, but I dont think Id return - it just wasnt quite the right fit for us.

Date of stay: 10th July 2020
We had a lovely stay overall. The caravan was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The staff deserve a mention-they were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially considering how new the site was post-Covid. The only thing is, the location wasn't quite our thing, but everything else was great!
Oliver, Manchester
Date of stay: 24th February 2020
We had a pretty good time overall, even if the entertainment mostly seemed geared towards families with kids. The site was lively and busy, with children running around and lots of noise - not exactly what we were after for a peaceful break. To find entertainment more suited to us, we ended up heading out to the Babbacombe Inn on the Downs, which had some great acts and was free to enter. Despite that, the site itself is really nice and we did enjoy our stay, just maybe not for a quiet getaway!

Really enjoyed the stay

Date of stay: 9th November 2019
We stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. The place was spotless and set in such stunning scenery. Having a car is pretty much essential because of all the steep hills, but since we were just a couple without kids, it wasnt an issue. Great value and public transport is handy too. Lots to explore nearby, even out of season.
Emma, Cardiff
Date of stay: 4th November 2019
The sofa cushions were a bit grubby, but the beds were really comfy. Its an old van, as expected.
Emma, Coventry
Date of stay: 4th October 2019
The place was spotless and had a lovely smell, really obvious it had been cleaned well. The furniture was alright, though for a place sleeping six, the seating could be comfier. There were a few cobwebs, but honestly, Im not too fussed about that. Overall, pretty decent!
Elaine, East Grinstead
Date of stay: 30th September 2019
We bought milk from the Nisa shop to take back to our flat. The staff member asked us to bring our own milk for tea, claiming theyd run out. Bit odd, but it worked out fine.
Alex, Birmingham
Date of stay: 20th September 2019
Really enjoyed our stay in Devon, the holiday park was lovely. Would definitely recommend it to others.
Emma, Farnborough
Date of stay: 13th September 2019
We had a decent stay overall. The caravan was comfy enough and the breakfast offered good value. Unfortunately, the dinner at the restaurant was a bit of a letdown - it was really not up to scratch that night. Still, we enjoyed the holiday!
