We had a fantastic time in the Ardennes 2! Its brilliantly equipped, perfect for our group of three. The full-size fridge/freezer was a bonus and the shower had excellent water pressure. Central heating was so easy to use and kept everything cosy. Definitely planning to stay here again, really loved it!

We had a lovely stay! The place is quirky and super clean, with a cool upper bunk room and a cosy atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast was fantastic value. The outside decking and warm shower made it even better. Great spot!

We loved the Cabana! The tea and coffee options were a nice touch. Only tiny gripe was the lack of lids for the dishes, but honestly, its no big deal at all.

Beautiful house but this should not be rented out again until its many faults are rectified. Two showers; one not working and the other was a shower hose over a bath. Not great for 5 women!Horrible damp smell in two rooms. All rooms had disposable damp/moisture collectors which were full of water. My friend needed to use her inhaler after staying in one of the rooms. Glass on bathroom floor which my other friend stood on. Bathrooms had hair in too.No heating in one of the twin rooms. Boiler not working at all when we got there. No instructions for oven- complicated resetting procedure. No plastic glasses for hottub and not enough utensils/glasses/crockery for 8 people. Hottub fitted wrong way round in its wooden surround although the lights and gazebo were a nice touch. Meant you had to enter via a seat and then sat facing the wall.Only two tiny loo rolls left for three days. Lots of thick dust and cobwebs everywhere. Just needs a damn good clean. Email instructions re key collection were very vague. Warden was on the sick so we didnt feel we could report issues. The decor was fab and spacious and this house could so easily be superb! Fab location and we did see the Northern Lights.

We had a really lovely stay in the caravan - it was spotless and well-equipped. The view was stunning and it was so peaceful. Parking right outside was a bonus. Only downside was the outdoor chairs, theyre a bit battered now. Thanks for a great break!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place felt like a proper home from home, modern and spacious. Everything we needed was there-towels, bedding and a nice deck area to chill outside. The big TV was great, though the HD channels sometimes buffered, but that wasnt a big deal since we didnt watch much.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was those cupboards above the sink, which are a bit of a head-banger every time. Definitely feels like a man designed that part! Still, lovely place.

We had a lovely stay overall. The scenery was stunning and the kids enjoyed the play area and spotting wildlife like rabbits. The caravan was a good size and WiFi worked pretty well. The launderette was handy too. The only real downsides were the bar, which was quite a hassle and staff seemed a bit too relaxed about leaks. Still, a pretty good break!

We had such a lovely New Years stay at this cottage with four adults and four kids. The place really hit the spot - the bathmats and welcome pack with info made all the difference. We loved the Christmas tree still up-it added a cosy touch! The hot tub was a real highlight and the kids adored the on-site park. The photos dont do it justice; its even better in person. Thanks for having us, cant wait to come back!

This cottage was just lovely - so roomy and spotless! We loved it so much, weve already booked for next year. Maybe a welcome pack would be handy though.
