Nice caravan with a few stains on sofa. Mattress was springy. Clean and tidy when we arrived. Some dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel and tea and coffee was a plus

Perfect home from home, could have easily lived in it! Very quirky designs, well insulated so didnt hear any noises outside, loved having the sheltered decking. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Only problems - drains were a little smelly, could smell a slight damp smell. Sofa kept popping out (wood frame) think someone had broken it and so it needed strengthening.Other than that, we felt safe and cosy during storm floris so it held up well!

4th time at Springhouse for a holiday. Absolutely love the peace and quiet of the park even when it's busy. The park also has a small lounge serving nice food and a small shop with very friendly and good staff. Lots to see and explore in the surrounding area, hope to return again !

It a lovely location with a large private garden at the back (location of the Jacuzzi) There is a large lounge, we were a group of 6 adults and a child, but 8 people would find it very comfortable. It is a little remote with access on single track roads, but Hexham and Corbridge are only about 20mins away by car. A very nice cottage.

When I booked it, it stayed a wine fridge. This was not in the one we stayed in. Don't say you offer something and it's not there.

We had an amazing escape here! The location is right in the heart of stunning countryside, just as described. The lodge was spotless and really well equipped - everything we needed. The hot tub was such a treat after long walks and we ended up using it daily, even when it was drizzling a bit. The patio is huge and super private, apart from a few adorable rabbits that popped by from the woods. Its pricey, but honestly, totally worth it. Wed definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to explore the beautiful surroundings nearby. Its a little slice of heaven!

We had a fantastic time in the Ardennes 2! Its brilliantly equipped, perfect for our group of three. The full-size fridge/freezer was a bonus and the shower had excellent water pressure. Central heating was so easy to use and kept everything cosy. Definitely planning to stay here again, really loved it!

We had a lovely stay! The caravan was super clean and really cosy, though the mattress was a bit of a squeeze for us-probably just needs flipping or something. The welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and sugar was a nice touch. Overall, were very happy!

We had an amazing break and the weather was spot on during our stay. The location is quite remote, but honestly, that made it so peaceful and a nice escape from the hustle. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and the lodge itself was spotless and modern, with everything we needed. Only thing was the DVD player wasnt working, which was a bit of a letdown. The woodl and walk nearby was stunning, with lovely views and a fun surprise for the kids. Wed definitely come back!

We had an awesome stay! The lodge was super spacious and spotless. Everything we needed was there, though a fan wouldve been handy since it was really warm outside - the great weather definitely made up for it! Overall, a lovely spot on a pretty park with friendly staff. Well be back!
