Fab stay at the Derwent 3 for 4 nights. Fully equipped lodge which was so comfortable and spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The self service check in was easy and they kept us informed via text regarding check in/out. The grounds were beautiful and the hotel and pub were welcoming to our little dog. We will definitely Italy return later in the year. The only thing that I would request is dog bins, as we didn't see any.

We had a fantastic stay! The lodge was super well-equipped and honestly, it looked even better than we expected. The sauna was a nice surprise, even if we didnt get round to trying it. Great value for money, well be back for sure! Thanks for everything!

We stayed at this lovely place surrounded by stunning countryside - the views really are something else. The villa itself is spread over three floors, which gives plenty of space for everyone. We visited in October, right after a warm spell and it took a good day to warm up the place since it was pretty cold initially. Once it was cosy, we felt much better. The place had most essentials, though we did miss oven gloves and scissors. The nearest shop is quite a trek, so it's best to arrive with basics like milk and bread because all they had was a couple of sachets of milk and some coffee. The TV only has Freesat and YouTube, no other apps. Beds are a bit firm but manageable. The hot tub is quite private, but a screen would make it even better for privacy. Maintenance checked the hot tub twice daily - around 9.30am and 4pm - so everything was safe. With a few tweaks, this could easily be a 5-star stay!

Set in beautiful surroundings and great views of the countryside. Great villa set over 3 floors. We went in October after a warm spell and had turned cooler took a good day to get the accommodation warmed up as it was so cold. Once had felt warmly. Had most things provided for except oven gloves and scissors. Nearest shop is good way off so make sure you arrive with milk and bread as nothing is really provided except a couple of milks in sachets and some sachets of coffee. The tv is just freesat and you tube no other apps. Beds are hard but ok. Hot tub is sort of secluded though be nicer to have a screen to pull and give privacy. Maintenance came twice a day to check the levels were safe on it about 9.30 and 4pm. Just a few tweaks and this would be 5* accom.

We stayed at this lodge for a week and it was really spacious and modern, which we appreciated. However, the towels werent changed midweek, so I had to wash them myself. Also, no apps on the TVs meant no Netflix or Prime, which the kids definitely missed without Sky TV. Still, overall, a decent stay.

The lodge was huge and very modern. Downside when staying a week the towels should have been changed Wednesday instead I had to wash them all to use again. The tvs had no apps so we couldnt watch any netflix or prime while away which the kids missed as no sky tv.

We usually dont bother with reviews, but this place really stood out. The lodge felt more like a roomy three-bedroom bungalow, which was perfect for us and it had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Plus, it was great value for what we paid. We had a lovely time exploring the area too!
