Everything you need and very clean. I would recommend taking a fan as it can get warm inside. Outdoor area not all that private if your neighbours are out, However nobody can see you when you're in the hot tub :)

We had an amazing weekend here! The place was just what we needed and were already planning to return. Our dogs absolutely adored the underfloor heating and playing in the garden - Luna was wagging her tail so much she strained it! Honestly, happy pups, happy us. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cosy getaway with their furry friends!

We stayed at this charming cottage and loved the peace and quiet, except for the occasional night-time plane noise from Stanstead. The hot tub was a real highlight!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely spot! The location is gorgeous and very private, perfect for a relaxing break. The owners are super friendly and always ready to help without intruding, which we appreciated. The hot tub was a real treat after a long day of cycling-its a lovely touch. A small thing to keep in mind is the noise from planes overhead since its right under Stansteds flight path. It wasnt a big deal for us once we got used to it, but might bother some who are noise-sensitive. Overall, a great escape!

Really enjoyed our stay, the site was lovely. Only minor hiccup was the constant caravan construction nearby, which was a bit noisy.

We really enjoyed it because there wasnt much else happening on site, so we got plenty of use out of the jacuzzi. It felt quite private, which was lovely!

We had a lovely stay. The lodge showed some signs of wear, but it was cosy overall. Adding placemats or coasters would make it even better.

We stayed at this lodge recently and honestly, the hot tub was a real highlight! Its super spacious, which was perfect for us and our two big dogs. The twin rooms are a bit tight and one didnt even have a bedside table, which was a bit odd. Also, it wasnt the cleanest-there was quite a lot of dust on the TV unit, but considering it was early in the season, its understandable. Overall, great value and wed definitely come back!

We recently stayed at the Home Farm Park and honestly, it was quite a mixed bag. The location was spot on - easy to find and close to petrol stations, supermarkets and some nice days out, so that was a real plus for us. Weve already recommended it to friends because of that convenience. The lodge itself looked lovely in the photos, but sadly, some things didnt quite match up. The TV wasnt as big as shown and there was no soundbar, which was a bit disappointing. Instead, we just saw a bunch of wires hanging around, which didnt give the clean look we expected. One of the towels had a red stain on it, probably lipstick, which was a bit off-putting. The dining table also hadnt been properly cleaned - crusty bits from previous diners still on it. Then there was the dishwasher leak, which was an unwelcome surprise. The hot tub was another issue; it had dirt at the bottom and felt greasy, which we noticed right away. When we called reception around 5:30 pm, they said someone would come check it the next day, but when they did arrive, their attitude was quite rude and passive-aggressive. They claimed it was just sand and that theres nothing they can do about it. We didnt see anyone coming round daily to check the hot tub, only on our departure day. We didnt want to bother the reception with every little issue, mainly because we didnt fancy being spoken to like children again. Despite all that, we did have a nice time overall and wouldnt mind returning, as long as some things are sorted out first!

We had such a lovely stay! The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved the easy access to dog walks right outside, made everything so simple. The host was super friendly and quick to respond. Meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, was a real treat. Well definitely return, great value! Highly recommend.

We arrived and had to wait nearly an hour to get into our place, which was a bit frustrating, especially since we were already past check-in time. When we asked, they were apologetic and said they were running behind. Once we finally got inside, we couldnt believe how spotless everything was - honestly, it was incredibly clean. During a quick look around, we noticed the microwave was broken, which was a pain since we planned to cook a few meals. We called the office and the lady on the phone was really helpful, promising a replacement first thing in the morning. To our surprise, about an hour later, a young girl turned up with a new microwave - shed carried it all the way from the office! That kind of service really impressed us, so we bumped our score up to a ten. The park itself is so peaceful and quiet - we definitely want to come back!
