We can't wait to come back over Easter! The place is so peaceful and calming, really great for both couples and families. Theres a lovely play area and animals like horses, deer and the famous Goose. Before you even get to the park, you pass fields full of horses, sheep, cows and pigs, which is lovely to see. Loads to explore nearby too and its not far from Inverness. The owners are super friendly and always make us feel right at home. Definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely lovely time here! The lodges were spotless and the surrounding area was really well maintained. Theres a great kids playground, lovely walks for dog walks, plus a pond for fishing or boat rides - perfect for relaxing. We even spotted deer and a goose around the park. The owners are super friendly, making us feel right at home. Just remember to bring your own bath and dish towels!

We had a lovely holiday, really enjoyed ourselves. The place was lovely and were so glad we made the effort. Sadly, at nearly 70, the long drive was a bit much for us, so probably wont return. Still, happy we went!

Wow, what a lovely getaway! We recently visited this lodge for the first time and honestly, we didnt want to leave. If you're after total peace and quiet, this spot is perfect. Its tucked away in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by stunning scenery - truly breathtaking. Theres plenty to keep you busy nearby; we went dolphin spotting which was absolutely incredible and the booklet provided had loads of suggestions. Having a car made exploring even better, whether it was a trip to the local shop or just a scenic drive into town. We stayed at Burnside Lodge and honestly, the best part was unwinding on the balcony, listening to the river and birds - so relaxing! Were already planning our next visit, cant wait to come back!

We only stayed briefly, so we didnt get to try the food either. The lodge was spotless and super comfy, with heating that worked perfectly-though we didnt need it much because of the warm weather. Overall, a place wed happily recommend!

Alexandra, Alexandria ,dunbartonshire
Date of stay: 12th April 2019
We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the view from the lodge balcony overlooking a field where ponies happily grazed and seemed eager to say hello. The kids had a great time in the play area, which was visible from our window, making it super easy to keep an eye on them. We did wish there was a tiny shop nearby for essentials like milk and bread, but the highlight was definitely the live accordion music by Eddie and his partner during dinner - such a lovely touch! Definitely would come back.
