The furniture and fittings were what you expect from a budget caravan, but it was a nightmare to get to. There was no path leading to the caravan and following the rain recently, you risked life and limb every time you had to go out. It also meant that mud was traipsed in and we were forever mopping!The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, small is expected, but lying on what feels like a slab is not.On arrival, we also had to do all of the washing up, as most of the cups, glasses, plates and cutlery had merely been swilled by previous guests. We also had to throw out some of their recycling at the back of the cupboard.

Not very well set out, sleeps 8 but sits 6 !Plastic mattresses which I cannot stand.Not enough parking, some days you have to park a fair distance away. Well heated, nice shower and cooking facilities were good.

Only complaint is the fact the pool closes at 5pm. Other than that nice, clean, well equipped caravan and friendly helpful staff. We didn't use the facilities.

Hour and half to book in caravan not ready only two chairs in reception to use and could not stand for too long as chairs where being used but very nice appologetic staff

The fist night was a bit cold the fire did not work and the heating was not working, but the next day I saw Martin the maintenance man passing by who was very helpful, he was on his way to another job but stopped and had a look at the problem the fire needed a new fitting which he sorted out and showed me how to operate the heating overall sorted in half a day 100% satisfaction.
The rest of our stay was just great we all had a fab time.
