Really poor experience with this location - lets itself down. Arrival - having gained entry to the secure site through the wide open gate, drove round looking for staff to check in. Only on 3rd loop did someone ask if we knew arrivals. Informed that a message had been sent with all the details in - however, by their own admission the phone reception was really bad and nothing had come through!Impressive service - had we arrived after they left - we would have been left in limbo!Accommodation - lodge booked online was not the same as one given. Only decent thing to mention was the hot tub. Rest of the lodge was really nothing to get excited about. One small info pack inside - given the location, it should have been rammed with local attractions, trips, walks and all the other things to do in the area. No. This one consisted of a few takeaway leaflets and no more. Site - had the potential to be a really good setting. However, when you have to contend with rowdy guests with music till late on and the constant smell of cannabis - really takes the edge off what we booked as family weekend away. Would we come back here?Simple - no. Would I recommend this place? No.

Uncomfortable settee , the television was situated raised up on the wall so if sitting sideways on to it it give you neck ache . There was food left in one of the kitchen cupboards and a childs pair of knickers under the bed ! Hardly any room in the bedrooms !

We had a lovely, relaxing break and felt it was good value for money. Just a heads up, theres no wi-fi on site, which didnt bother us at all-knew about it beforehand. Some folks seem surprised, but its not mentioned when booking, so no surprises really.

We stayed at this lodge recently and really enjoyed it. The sofa and bed were super comfy, making relaxing easy. The hot tub was a big hit too! Our only tiny gripe was a bright light outside that turned on at 8pm and stayed on all night, which made the bedroom quite bright. The park itself is very peaceful, with no shop or kids activities, so it's perfect if you're after a quiet, romantic escape. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay overall. The hot tub was fantastic and really added to the experience. The outdoor wooden furniture needed a bit of sanding to prevent splinters, but nothing major. The space was spacious and super comfy and the cooking facilities worked well. We did find that adding a wardrobe and mirror in one of the bedrooms wouldve been handy and some doors didn't quite shut properly. Parking was a bit tight, but all minor issues easily sorted. The location is perfect-quiet and peaceful. Wed definitely come back!

We had a great stay overall. The hot tub was spot on, no problems at all, which was perfect for us. The place was pretty spacious, especially with five of us. Just a bit of a tidy up needed-some cobwebs here and there and a couple of fag ends outside. Still, no biggie really. Would stay again!

Our stay was truly lovely! We stayed in number 12 and everything was just right. The place was spotless, the bed super comfy and the hot tub was an absolute highlight. Plus, those little biscoff biscuits in the kitchen were a nice touch. Well be back soon!

We had a really lovely 4-night stay. The location was perfect - just a quick drive to Scarborough, Whitby and Robin Hood Bay. The lodge was spotlessly clean, spacious and super peaceful. The hot tub was nice, but a bit more privacy wouldve been better. The pans could do with replacing, but I brought my own anyway. Overall, great break!

We stayed in room 34 since the hot tub in 12 was out of action, so I can't say much about that one. Room 34 was fantastic!

The lodge itself is stunning and spotless, with top-notch facilities. We did miss having Wi-Fi and a sofa thats more comfy. The seating looked alright but wasnt as relaxing as others we've stayed in before. Still lovely though!
