Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the lodge, finished to a high quality & wonderful accessories in it. Lovely little touches like a bottle of Prosecco for me, smart TV so could connect to Netflix etc & free wifi. Peaceful surroundings and very safe for solo travellers.

Amazing location to get some time away in a lovely quiet location. Local pub has great menu and very friendly. Lovely walk into York. Very modern and comfortable cabin with all the mod cons would definitely return!

A lovely unusual lodge, perfect for a relaxing getaway, set on a quiet site on the marina but a short walk to restaurant/cafe food was delicious and staff friendly .. and boat hire, lovely walks on the doorstep .. enjoyed sitting on the decking with a drink watching the sunset everything needed in the lodge, (basics.. washing liquid, tea coffee sugar, soap shampoo etc) will definitely book again.. perfect for couples, not suitable for pets and children.
