We had such a lovely time at the lakeside retreat! Staying in the spacious Willow Lodge really made our trip special. Its got everything you could possibly need and the peaceful setting is just perfect for unwinding. We loved starting our mornings on the decking with coffee, watching the ducks and listening to the birds-its so calming. The bed was super comfy and the deluge shower was a real treat after a day out. The hot-tub was definitely a highlight, checked every morning around the same time, so we knew when to avoid splashing about. Sally was really helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Its clear the owners have put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a relaxing stay; we kept saying thats a lovely touch when discovering little details. Only thing Id suggest is updating the furniture a bit-it would make the place even more top-notch. Still, we loved it!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay, at the lakes edge. We stayed in Willow Lodge, which is spacious and has everything you would need. Luxurious, spacious feel and in a very peaceful location, you can really shut off there. Loved sitting in bed or on the decking with coffee in the mornings overlooking the lake and the ducks, listening to the birds.The mattress on the bed, the deluge shower, and the hot-tub were all absolutely fantastic, I already miss all of these since returning home. The hot-tub was checked every morning at roughly the same time, this was handy as we knew roughly when to avoid being in it. Sally was very helpful and quick at responding. You can see that the owners have really thought of everything for a comfortable break for guests, we found ourselves on multiple occasions saying that is a nice touch when we noticed things - My only niggle would be that all of the furniture really needs updating, this would then make the cabin absolutely top tier/5 star accommodation.

Weve stayed at Willowi Lodge three times now and each visit just gets better. The place is spotless, though a few bits of furniture could use some updating. Everything we needed was there and the hot tub and sauna were a real highlight. Definitely coming back next year, cant wait!

This was our 3rd stay in Willowi Lodge. . The lodge was exceptionally clean , some furnishings need a little tlc . There was nothing that we needed that wasn't supplied. Hot tub and sauna were well used, would highly recommend a visit there and we will be returning next year.

We loved it! Everything you could want for a relaxing getaway is here. This was our second visit and were already planning to return again soon. Highly recommend!

Even though the weather wasn't on our side, the lodge itself was just perfect for a relaxing break. We enjoyed breakfast out most mornings; Broken Egg Cafe near Harleston was lovely, but Cafeye in Eye might just have taken the top spot for us. The views from the castle ruins are stunning and a walk along Disss boardwalk was just what we needed. Really enjoyed it!

We loved the lodges sleek finish and the huge bed was a real highlight-super comfy! The sofa looked nice but wasnt quite as cosy.

We stayed at this lodge recently and its really well designed with all the little extras that make a difference, like rechargeable torches by the doors and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The bed was super comfy - we slept like logs!

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Heron Lodge. The location by the lake is stunning and the scenery truly takes your breath away. The lodge had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay! The lodge had everything we needed, which was great. Honestly, the place is stunning and the location is just perfect - so peaceful and private, it really feels like your own little retreat. The bedroom was massive, with a view over the lake and the bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked and having a washer and dryer was a real bonus. The lounge was cosy, with a decent-sized TV, though we didnt really use it much. Just loved waking up to that beautiful lake right outside the door - will definitely come back!
