I spent a lovely week at Heron Lodge, Weybread Lakes and I was very impressed with the location, the lodge and the facilities.I fished the lake and caught a few, but it isn't a bite a cast lake but still good fun. Shame the weather wasn't kind for the first 3-4 days.The lodge was so clean and really nicely furnished, I highly recommend.

Absolutely everything you could want is provided.5 lodges around the lake, with plenty of space between each to give total privacy.Fantastic bedroom (great bed frame), wonderful bathroom (warm and refreshing), spacious kitchen/dinner/lounge with everything you could need.Hot-tub is wonderful, wife loved the indoor suns and when the sun is out the wooden patio gives a beautiful view of the lake (mere feet away). Unfortunately October is a bit cold for a BBQ, but imagine it is wonderful on the lake edge.100% would recommend to any romantic couple, young or old.

Simply the best place to stay to unwind and relax. Willow lodge has great views of the lake with an internal Sauna and private hot tub on the decking. All facilities in the lodge are first class. It has a great modern wide screen tv with all the standard streaming apps. It personally been our favourite lodge of the 3 visits we have had!

These lodges are a bit more expensive than others, but if you work hard for your money, why not treat yourself. You only live once.

Kingfisher Lodge was absolutely perfect. We were warned that some of the furnishing would be removed to make it less of an infection risk, but we honestly couldn't notice. Hot tub is well enclosed for privacy, but would have been nice to have been able to look out across the lake whilst in there, but would rather be too private than not at all.

We stayed in the Heron Lodge and it was simply amazing. The lodge is very modern, cosy and inviting. The lodges are well spaced apart so you have complete privacy. The outside sauna and jacuzzi are wonderful and and so very relaxing. The views of the lake are beautiful and it was nice to sit out with a coffee in the morning watching all the ducks. This was one of the best weekends we've had and will definitely visit again.

Larch lodge truly has the wow factor. From the second you walk through the door you smell the wood of the lodge. The whole lodge is of exceptional standard, the kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and everything you will need to cook, and enough glasses of all sizes so you don't have to wash up very often. The living area has a very comfortable leather sofa, and a large TV with a sound system, which enabled you to have music in all rooms including the indoor sauna. The bathroom had a massive wow factor, with a large roll top bath, and a double shower and sinks. The bed was so comfortable with French doors leading onto the decking with a sunken very private hot tub. There is also a dining area with sun loungers at the front of the lodge, which overlooks the lake. A credit to the owners.

We like to get a cabin break a couple of times a year and this one did not disappoint. Lovely lodge and very private outdoor space with the hot tub which we used every day. Very peaceful location and cabins are all distanced enough for privacy. Lovely tranquil setting and perfect mon-fri escape.

Overall a perfect relaxing lodge, the only down side would be the Wifi that doesnt connect. We didnt let that effect our stay, the lodge was perfectly clean and welcoming.
