Lovely spacious van. Some tea/coffee stains in the sink. Ensuite toilet could do with a thorough clean. There was a small tear on the back of one of the sofas. A small welcome pack with washing up liquid and a sponge/cloth would be good although we did take our own as we suspected there wouldn't be any. The master bedroom has a huge walk in wardrobe and a good ensuite. The bed was very comfy.

Good location

This caravan is very very basic. The double bed sank and was soooo uncomfortable. Didnt sleep well at all. Shower thermostats broke so had hot showers and used my mums accommodation to shower. Id say very dangerous for small kids. Nowhere to hang wet towels and clothes. Furniture (sofa) dirty.

We were disappointed with the location of the site which is not as depicted on the booking site. Also the swimming pool was fully booked for the whole week when we arrived. We were told we could have booked swims up to six weeks before our holiday but who knows what they want to do on a day to day basis when on holiday?There were a few walk in spaces so luckily we got a couple of swims but it was pot luck. The caravans are located between a fun fair and a housing estate and the vans are very close together. The van had been cleaned but not thoroughly with soap rings around plug holes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a new kettle as ours was leaking. The safety gate on the deck was broken and the maintenance man did a good job of bodging it with some bungees as there was no part available to fix it. We needed the gate with having an excitable 2 year old with us. I would not go back again and it has put meoff this type of holiday.

Brilliant value for money, just lacked towels and washing up stuff as it didnt state there wasnt any !

The caravan was good but not worth what we paid. The shower was weak and it was hard to find a happy medium between the water being too hot or too cold. There are ALOT of caravans in the park but they are also very close together so very little privacy when the curtains are open. The closeness also make it hard for those of us with big vehicles, when trying to park in the space between the caravans.

Overall, the caravan was pretty nice, but a few things could be better. The grill was dirty when we arrived and the candles looked like they needed a dust. The saucepan was a bit battered too. Plus, it was on a busy corner, which was noisy. And they lost the key, took ages to find it!

Really enjoyed our visit, the staff were lovely and attentive. The food was delicious, whether we dined in or took away. Definitely will be coming back soon!

We really enjoyed this caravan - its one of the best weve stayed in recently. The two double rooms worked perfectly for us and the location was lovely too.

Great place for family get-togethers, especially with the second bathroom-it made things so much easier!

We really enjoyed our stay at West Bay. The staff were friendly and polite, making us feel welcome. The caravan was spotless and comfortable, which was great. The restaurant was a bit inconsistent; waiting over an hour for food once was a pain, especially since it wasnt fantastic when it arrived. Outside, the tables could do with more regular cleaning - seagulls are a bit of a problem. Overall, a lovely area though!

The caravan was really nice overall, but the curtains were hanging off the window. Wouldve been perfect with some proper attachments though. Cheers!

We had such a good stay! The caravan was spotlessly clean, really modern and spacious. Arriving to made-up beds and toilet roll was a nice touch. Plenty of plug sockets, USB ports and those touch lamps were so handy. We loved it!

Was abit disappointed with the facilities and entertainment, was very run down and old. Childrens entertainment/ activities felt very half ***** and were crazy money for what was on offer. Restaurant and bar area were extremely pricey. Caravan was mouldy and smelt of oil/grease. Tried to upgrade but was told there was only top tier left and would cost us almost £200 extra.

The place is in a lovely spot by the port, but honestly, its a bit worn out and could do with a refresh. Still, Id visit again mainly for the location.

We had a pretty decent week here. Since the kids are older, we didn't bother with the indoor stuff. The sites a bit worn out, but it was tidy. Staff were friendly and really helpful too.
