Very nice caravan

Lovely clean well spaced out caravan. Immaculate site. Can't fault it.Will hopefullly be visiting again.

The caravan was clean and basic with one or 2 maintenance issues.The bed was extremely uncomfortable so much so that we used the duvet from the spare room to use as a mattress topper.Why do companies think that just because you take your dog with you, that you don't expect home comforts.I covered all the seating area with a bedsheet to protect as we had some rainy weather, but my pet always sleeps in his bed.Plus there were no available apps to use on the TV without paying for WiFi

only used as a base so didn't use the local area. but there were two pubs with in walking distance that done food.

Well kept carvan andpark

Caravan very reasonably priced.Clean and neat, all towels and bed linen supplied.Well laid out easily enough room for 4 adults. Plenty of sockets WiFi can be a bit slow, but to be expected.Twin room had two single beds, but they were actually queen size, absolutely brilliant.

Had a great Easter weekend definitely would go back to the site.

The caravan was really roomy and comfortable, which we loved. Beds were a good size and perfect for a relaxing stay. The TV signal was a bit unreliable, but we underst and thats not the sites fault. A clock in the living room would be handy, but overall, wed give it a solid 10/10! Definitely would stay again.

Weve been here twice now and really like the layout of the caravan. Its always kept in great condition and the overall park quality is consistently good!

Our second time in this caravan love the layout, and how well they are maintained, have always found the caravans at this park to be excellent.

We stayed in caravan 6 and honestly, it was a lovely surprise. The place was spotless and felt really roomy, especially the twin room which was bigger than expected. Everything in the kitchen was there, even a pizza tray! Heating and shower worked perfectly. No complaints at all.

Quiet and relaxing holiday

Park is great,caravan very clean and very good for someone in a wheelchair, great if you want to visit York and designer outlet in York which is only 11 miles and just over an hour to Scarborough

Location was perfect only 10miles to York,15mins to clifton Moor retail park...only 1hr 10mins to Scarborough...Caravan was spacious and had all that we needed...shower & toilet skirting could be changed..also kitchen blind needs changed was dusty & old, Overall it was a good holiday & would back.

This was a quiet relaxing place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful if needed. There is not a lot on the site but that is one of its attractions, there are 2 lovely ponds to sit beside or fish in. As you enter the site there is a lovely pub before the gate on the right and a village just over the railway bridge. The caravan we had was amazing everything you needed and more, this was the tollerton 4 lodge. The site is ideal for visiting place like harrogate, thirsk and york. There is a park and ride facility along the road at rawcliffe £3.50 return per person saves hunting for car parking in york. It is a place we would definitely return to.

The van was clean which I think is important, but the van needed some attention, wobbly gas taps on the oven also the shower had a loose knob, also the seating in the living room was lumpy so was the double bed but looking past this we really enjoyed ourselves

A lovely small site in very nice country surroundings. It is right next to a pub which serves excellent quality food and takeaway too, and there are at least 2 pubs in the local area which serve food, so cooking hasn't really got to be an issue. I have to mention the local grocery shop, which was very well stocked with the usual groceries & local produce, with friendly & helpful staff.
There is a wash block on site which was very clean and tidy. In fact, the whole site was very well maintained and beautifully manicured.
A Park & Ride into York was only about a 20-minute drive away, which had lots of vehicle spaces and was reasonably inexpensive. There is a train line close to the site but we've always lived near train lines so this wasn't a problem. On arrival, we were greeted by the owner with a warm friendly smile & shown where our caravan was. Plus, the caravans aren't too close together, so it makes the site feel bigger. There is a fishing lake, but I never got around to looking at that. All in all, a very nice site.
