Cant say anything bad about the place the pods are done to a very high standard

Excellent accommodation with everything you need for your stay.Living area is very good with table sofa coal effect fire. Kitchen area has microwave, cooker and oven. Fridge with freezer drawer and dishwasher.Bedroom quite spacious with wardrobe shower room and free standing bath.

Lovely modern pod, excellent hot tub. We loved our relaxing stay here. The only criticism I would have is that the mattress isnt that comfortable as you can feel the springs. Other than that loved the place.

We had a an amazing stay!! We stayed in Kirkton View Pod 2, was just perfect, everything you needed, very modern, great wifi, liked that the lodge had canopy above sitting area out front so not too exposed so you would be able to sit out regardless of the weather! We and had a lovely walk along Teviot River, really nice place to stay and we will definitely be back??

The pod is fantastically designed, luxurious and full of amenities. The hot tub, the veranda, the lounge area, bathroom and bedroom are perfectly sized, clean and very modern.

Lovely site near Hawick, the pod was excellent and clean. Surrounding area was very leafy as well. Would come back. ian

We had a lovely stay! The park was spotless and the facilities were really well maintained. The pod was super comfy and beautifully furnished, making it feel really cosy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was tested daily and it was perfect after exploring nearby Hawick and charming border towns. Definitely coming back!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The lodges cleanliness and beauty really stood out.

We loved the lodge! The only thing wed suggest is adding a corner sofa in the lounge so everyone can chill together comfortably. Apart from that, it was absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lodge! The private hot tub was a lovely touch, perfect after a day out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was spotless and peaceful, with stunning river views. Only small gripe was the beds- a bit too soft and the pillows were tricky to get right. Still, wed definitely come back, 9/10 from us!

Having been to Hawick twice now in December and July the caravans with the hot tub are very deceiving from the outside but when you go in you get the wow ? factor absolutely spotless and everything you could need like a home from home.
Lynsey & Gus operate a fabulous site and always on call if you need them for anything would highly recommend for tranquility and relaxation myself and my family will definitely be back.

Relaxing holiday with my family, we booked a lodge right next to the water and we had a hot tub as well. Weather was lovely all week. We have booked to come back in October with friends.

We were there for my husband 60th birthday what an amazing time we had everything was perfect and the staff were as well so helpful and caring thank you so much for making our stay perfect
