7 year old van in need of a deep clean. Great facilities, dishwasher was a bonus. Otherwise, very comfortable, with an epic view.

Lovely site,dog friendly,but couldnt use facilities with dog, so not really dog friendly.also van not cleaned at all chips in oven ,sweets sticky lollipops and chocolate on furniture, toilet and shower disgusting,cleaned up myself ,rather than bother anyone

Great site and location. Modern well-fitted out caravan. Staff were super friendly and helpful

The caravan was very clean, absolutely no issues whatsoever with it. It overlooked the sea , as they all do . The beds are a bit hard to sleep on but you will survive the night . The central heating system is very good and the electric log burner belts out heat. The shower is powerful and I was surprised by that.

Caravan was tird and in need of repairs.

Fantastic place fantastic views, caravan could have been cleaner as dog hair everywhere and no laundrette but apart from that fantastic!!

Would have liked a mop and a bench in the sun as we were lucky to have it but where the benches were it was shaded

The Gold Caravan was lovely and modern with all the home comforts to make your stay so much more relaxing. Full size cooker & fridge freezer with microwave and dishwasher made cooking & cleaning a joy whilst enjoying the fantastic view of the sea and rocky coastline. I'm 6' 3" so bed was a little small but still comfortable. TV with plenty of channels for the nights we stayed in and chilled.

Awful! We found broken dried pasta pieces in the third cereal bowl down in the kitchen cupboard. A dirty pair of childen's knickers under one of the single beds & a sock under the other (we disposed of both of these)! There are cheese biscuits, food crumbs & a small rubber ball under the pull out sofa in the living area. The seating in the living area is absolutely filthy - have housekeeping at Sandaway Beach not heard of fast drying upholstery cleaner? Dusty radiators & fireplace & not great under the storage area of the lift up double bed either. The bathroom door is broken so you could not shut it, let alone lock it.During our stay we found other feedback left for this park which shows this to be an ongoing issue that sadly never seems to get resolved & because of this we saw no point in addressing it at the time. Needless to say a lesson learnt, check ALL feedback sites! My wife has worked in both housekeeping & hospitality sectors & can honestly say she has never witnessed such a slovenly attitude towards what is simply basic housekeeping. There is obviously no supervision in place let alone spot checks which should be standard practice!

The surroundings are beautiful and picturesque.

We had a super family mini break overall. The staff were happy to help in any way they could. A couple of the bedroom doors were difficult to close and the handle of the main bedroom door had come loose but saying that didn't effect our holiday at all.

Good site, lovely area. Clean caravan.

We went for platinum caravan with sea view and it was beautiful waking up in the mornings looking out to sea. Only fault there was a horrible looking stain on the pull out bed in the front room and blinds in bathrooms had slight mould on them.

Poor wouldnt recommend to families with young children nothing for them to do. My opinion but not a platinum plus sized caravan ( No5 ) we stayed in although it is described as one. Wi-Fi is very poor only available in club which isnt the best place. Staff we friendly which was the only plus for me

Had a wonderful relaxing time, slept very well in accommodation that exceeded expectations.We did not expect it to be as it was with it being pet friendly value accommodation. Thank to all the staff who contributed to our holiday at Sandaway Beach.

Great holiday. Only comment would be mattress was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs through it.

We had a really lovely relaxing break. The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. We also had a sea view from the chalet which was lovely to see.

Really enjoyed every minute of it, even though it didnt stop raining the whole time we were there.

Hilly but a lovely place to visit and stay , will use the site again, this was our second visit this year.

A wonderful time together with family will definitely book again

We will be back again. 3rd time this time.

Lovely caravan, comfortable bed and a dishwasher! Only let down was the main bedroom smelt damp however a bit of fabreeze soon sorted it out
