The accommodation hadn't been cleaned appropriately and there were stains on the sofas.I would recommend a log book to show when the hot tub water had been tested.

Excellent clean caravan. Great regular checks on the hot tubs too. Washing machine, dishwater also provided. En suite room with shower and toilet plus extra bathroom with bath, shower and toilet too. Decent size bedrooms with walkin wardrobes

Our caravan was perfect for use we loved the hot tub and was definitely a highlight for all of us, when we arrived our beds were made and everywhere was spotless. The kitchen facilities were fit for purpose and once we had figured the shower out it was warm and just right

Really enjoyed it. Hot tub was really good. Only criticism was it seemed to have been installed the wrong way around. So the lid had been cut in half making it a pain to open. Also the step in was on the wrong side so not useable. I think some people would struggle to use it due to these points, but it was working great and clean.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place felt super welcoming, spacious enough for everyone and our furry friend was happy too.

Home from home , pet friendly too . Lots of room to move around in . Sleeps 6 people, lovely surroundings.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy holiday home. It had all the essentials and was super comfortable for relaxing. The pub nearby was lovely and its a perfect spot for exploring. Well definitely be back!

Great caravan, really well kept and the decking outside is lovely.

We stayed in this place and found it to be pretty spacious with plenty of storage, which was great. The kitchen was massive but a bit under-equipped - no chopping board, no bowls and a missing fridge shelf made organising tricky. The cleaning wasnt quite up to scratch; a few window catches needed fixing and the shower had leaks that needed resealing. The shower and bath drains were really slow, which was a bit of a pain, though we did report it. On the bright side, the hot tub was fantastic and well looked after by friendly staff. Overall, a lovely holiday, but for a luxury lodge, a few things could be improved.

We stayed at this lovely lodge. Shower pressure was great, but the outdoor furniture could do with a clean. The oven took ages, but everything else was spot on!

We stayed in a lovely caravan that really exceeded our expectations. The en-suite was a bonus and having a second bathroom with two loos was definitely handy! The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped and the sofa was super comfy. We also loved the private veranda with table and chairs-such a nice touch! Definitely recommend.

We had a great time in the caravan, super comfy and perfect for relaxing. Even with the rain, just sitting inside with a good book was lovely. Would recommend!

Very calming place

The caravan was spot-on, really well kitted out and in top shape. The decking was perfect for the dog! Quite pleased.

So, overall, our stay had a few hiccups. The hot tub was missing the middle bar, which made lifting the cover quite a struggle for two people; one of us nearly dropped it! The door latch was behind the fence, so we couldn't keep it open easily-felt a bit inconvenient. The floors in the kitchen and shower were uneven and the shower itself was a bit tricky to use without risking a fall, so a heads-up for others might be good. We also found it odd that there were no instructions on how to operate the fire; we couldnt get it going without the TV on, which was strange. Wi-Fi wasnt great either, but honestly, we enjoyed the break from constant connectivity. Still, having no service at times was a pain when we needed to sort something out. Not terrible, but definitely some room for improvement.

We stayed in a luxury lodge that looked nice but was quite tired in places. The sofas had stains and some tiles in the kitchen were lifting, which was a bit disappointing. There were cobwebs in the bathrooms too, so a good clean would help. Noticing rodents running between lodges wasnt great, but the staff were really helpful throughout our stay.
