Great stay will be returning

Had a wonderful 3 days staying in the Seagull pod. Had all we needed, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. The log burning hot tub was super. Situated above the beach in Crimdon in a peaceful, isolated location, ideal for chilling. Nearest pub a 40 minute walk away, than we did the once, lovely walk through the dene and fields. This is our second visit and will be back. Michelle and Mark are excellent owners/hosts, thanks guys.

The place was spot on for a relaxing break-beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Clearly a lot of effort went into making our stay comfortable. We really appreciated it!

We had a fantastic time at Sandy Bay, Crimdon. Michelle and Mark are really welcoming hosts and everything was spotless. The beach is so close - cant wait to visit the Pod next time!

We would definitely recommend our stay. The facilities were clean and reliable.

We loved having everything at hand - the hot tub accessible straight from the bedroom was a real treat. The robes and slippers made it feel extra special!

We stayed here for a cosy valentines weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The owners were super friendly and helpful, especially with lighting the wood-fired hot tub - it was ready when we got there! The place has everything you need, though we did bring food to cook but found theres no oven, just hob rings, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. Overall, wed definitely recommend this pod!

We had such a lovely time at this charming cabin! The hosts were genuinely warm and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. The place was spotless and super comfy, plus the info book was a real gem-made everything so much easier. Honestly, its a place wed happily return to. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! The cottage was peaceful and just a short stroll to the beach. Mark and Michelle were really friendly and helpful. We're already looking forward to returning in July to the stable cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The pods had all we needed and were just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect. The owners couldnt have been more helpful, making sure we had a hot tub every night. Such a lovely couple, very accommodating-definitely worth recommending for a relaxing break!

We stayed in this charming little hut and honestly, its really well put together. The hosts were super friendly and always ready to help. The only thing that was a bit tricky was the step up - its quite high and with the icy weather, it was a challenge to get in and out without slipping. Maybe adding another step and some gritting would make a big difference. Also, the shower buttons a bit confusing - hot and cold are reversed, which had us scratching our heads till the last day! Apart from those tiny issues, we had a great time. The storm on our first night was pretty intense, but it didnt spoil the trip. Outside lighting could be better, especially at night, but the hot tub and view more than made up for it. Wed definitely come back!

We loved the stylish decor, especially the modern details that gave the place a fresh feel. The bed was super comfy and having Netflix and streaming services on the TV was a real bonus. The welcoming box of chocolates was a lovely touch and the view of Crimdon Beach first thing in the morning was simply stunning!

Honestly, we had an amazing time and leaving was the hardest part! Definitely want to return soon.

I really enjoyed our stay, but a few things could be improved. Blinds or one-way glass on the doors would add privacy and some softer lighting over the cooking area would make it cosier. The main lights are a bit too harsh sometimes!

We had such a lovely time at Sandy Park! Michelle and Mark went above and beyond, making sure the hot tub was ready every day and even lending us a metal detector for some beach fun with the kids. The cottage was just perfect for us and we enjoyed a great day trip to Saltburn-on-Sea. Honestly, we loved every moment and cant wait to come back. Thanks so much!

We loved our stay at the boat house! It had all the essentials plus nice little touches like tea, coffee, wine and chocolates. The place was super cosy and spotless. The bed was so comfy, we slept really well. Would definitely return!

We had a lovely relaxing break. It should be known you have to purchase more logs in order to use the hot tub before arrival.

We had an amazing stay here!!! Literally the surrounding the place the people were just amazing!!! I will definitely come back… only thing would be, for the lodge with the dog is maybe a little fence around so when your in the hot tub the dog can be out with you but other than that!!! It’s was incredible, I can’t wait to see this place again for a quiet holiday by the beach, super friendly, me and my girlfriend love it and of course little lady loved it to ??

Boat house, is Ideally located right on the Beach just a 2 minutes walk. Suitable for 2 people who want a Relaxing Break Away with Easy to use Log Burning Hot Tub which was cleaned Every Morning while we were there. Also comes with picnic Bench and BBQ Which is all in your own private Area. Would suggest Reading previous Reviews which we did as there is no Wardrobe space or cooker but you do get microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and little Hot Plate. Would Thoroughly recommend for a Couples Break Away. Hopefully we will be Returning Back Next Year.

I would highly recommend this destination. Mark and Michelle are fantastic hosts and couldn't have been more helpful. The lodge was beautifully presented and the welcoming bottle of prosecco was much appreciated. Ideal for dogs. Great hot tub. We will be returning.

Me and my husband stayed at this wonderful accommodation for 2 nights. The host Michelle was so lovely. Very friendly welcome. The room itself was immaculate, spacious and very luxurious. The hot tub was set up great, temperature was spot on. We used the log fire that was included. On day two before we got up the hot tub was reset up for us. The views were spectacular! We will definitely be returning here in the very near future.

Absolutely stunning. 10/10 would recommend and absolutely would go back. Set in a beautiful location right by the beach, so peaceful too. The hosts were very friendly and happy to help if we needed it.

We had a fabulous short break at the boat house! Would definitely recommend! Location right on the beach which makes a lovely walk. Distance to pubs and restaurants are a taxi or a drive a way. Wood burning hot tub was beautiful and mark & Michelle were nothing but helpful and were just a text away if we needed anything

Just had 2 nights away as a couple with my dog. The place is amazing and absolutely spotless, perfe t size and has everything you could possibly need. Its totally peaceful and less than a 5 minute walk to a fantastic clean beach. The log fire hot tub was gorgeous and we used it every night, the hosts couldn't have been any better, friendly and helpful when needed but kept put the way to give you space and privacy the rest of the time. Treats for the dog was left and a bottle of sparkling fizz for the adults. Lots of retail parks, beaches, shops, nature reserve, restaurant and marina all within 10 minite drive. We will definitely be back
