Far too small front room and kitchen it felt like half a caravan

Lovely lodge will be back

Beautiful well equipped lodge set on the edge of Snainton golf course and with easy access to all North Yorkshire highlights - fixture, fittings and furnishings all top quality and the hot tub was a welcome bonus

Location is lovely, golf course was busy but didnt disturb our stay. Club house was inviting and well used had a delicious meal there. Staff were lovely and friendly too. Lodge was smaller than expected but comfortable enough for the two of us. Fridge door was hanging off and bed was a little uncomfortable. Our biggest concern was the sheer number of flies that came into the lodge if you opened a door or window. It was really warm the week we went and it was impossible to leave a door or window open without dozens of flies coming in. They were outside and around the lodge. We left a day early as we couldnt cope with it anymore. We understand its the countryside but the flies were excessive.

Had a fantastic, relaxing week! The lodge was lovely and enough amenities to make a home from home. The hot tub was very helpful in relaxing us after a long day of hiking the beautiful, local East coast towns.

I wish the photos were a true reflection of the size of the accomodation and the proximity to the road were considered.

As beforeLovely lodge which is close to nice pubs and walks for the dog.I would visit again!Only thing is the WiFi and phone service isn't great.There's not a lot of cupboard space in the kitchen if you bring your own food.And there's no plug sockets in the bedroom (I know this is because of the bath in the room) but there's no mirror in the kitchen so was hard trying to do my hair lol But they are very minor things, but just to be aware of.

We loved the lodge! The kitchen had everything we needed plus extras and the beds were super comfy. The hot tub was spotless and the peaceful grounds made it perfect for relaxing. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at this lodge recently and absolutely loved it! The peaceful setting is perfect for unwinding. The hot tub was definitely a highlight. Robes and slippers were a nice touch-really appreciated those after a soak. The scenery is stunning and the whole place felt so calm and quiet. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed at the lodge recently and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, though Id say the space can feel a bit cramped in certain spots. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub-so comfy and easy to adjust, with jets on one side, both, or off completely. It held its heat well and the pretty lights at night made it even better. As for privacy, the frosted glass on two sides plus the lodge itself means its not completely open, which we appreciated since we could still enjoy the view from one side. Wed go back!

The lodge itself was brilliant-super modern and well-equipped, plus the hot tub was an absolute treat. My only gripe is the privacy around the hot tub; being a bit shy, I felt a tad exposed. Though, I saw the trees and bushes planted around each lodge, so I reckon once they grow, itll be much better. Cant wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lodge. Its almost br and new, with super comfy beds and a cosy living area that made us feel right at home. The hot tub was a definite highlight! Its perfectly located about 20 minutes from Scarborough and 40 from Whitby, with a few charming villages nearby. We did need a car for everything, but the on-site driving range was a fun bonus. Slight road noise at night, but it didnt ruin the peace.

We had such a lovely stay! The place was spotless and really comfortable. The hot tub was a highlight, especially at night when we could stargaze. Definitely planning to come back for more peaceful, relaxing breaks.

Lovely setting on a golf course, lodge tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean. Very spacious and light. Would stay again.

This place was absolutely stunning ! Great view of the golf course and the lodge was spotless clean , the hot tub was also a bonus for a us all after a busy day on our feet! Would definitely go back - A bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us on arrival too which was lovely ! We will definitely be back .

Beautiful lodge and it was the perfect size for our family of four. It had everything you could think of, such as hairdryers, iron, cleaning pack etc. So save yourself some packing space. The lodge was exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff we met were all lovely and friendly & the owner did check to ensure we had settled in etc. We chose the lodge because it was an Ideal location for our day trips, 20minutes to Scarborough & Flamingo Land & 40 minutes to York and also because we much prefer more rural areas rather than busy holiday parks. There are only three lodges on site so completely relaxing & not forgetting the hot tub. It was perfect to relax in after being on our feet all day, however with that being said, privacy glass has been added which means you've not really got any view, other than of the other lodge. The only other small downside was the noise from the road right behind the lodges as it's well used but if you're a not a light sleeper you should be fine.

Lovely stay - lodge was well kitted out, modern & comfy.

Lovely lodge, very well equipped and comfy furnishings. Hot tub great (no chlorine dispenser though) all in good location, and ideal spot for a base to venture out from. Only small gripe were some noise from the road at night that the lodge backs onto, and grass cuttings all over paths which made it difficult to avoid and then take into the lodge. Other than that very nice lodge ?

Was the first time at the lodges and could not have asked for anything better. Lodges clean and well equipped. Great surrounding and ideal for local travel.

Lovely cabin. Fantastic open views from the decking for sun rises/sun sets. Very clean.

We had a lovely stay at this lodge park. The lodge was sited on the edge of a small golf course which was nice to look across. We were within driving distance to the coast so spent our days at Filey and Bempton cliffs, coming back to a relaxing hot tub.
