Sadly our holiday was ruined when the ACCESSIBLE caravan we booked for our wheelchair bound 89 year old grandmother, on arrival had been changed to a standard caravan. The staff were rude, unapologetic and dismissive. This culminated in my grandma falling on the stairs and hurting her arm. This led to a further fall and she is now in hospital. I requested a full refund and have been denied this. In addition there was another double booking whilst I was in reception complaining so it seems a regular occurrence - bookers beware.

We were upgraded due to Hoseasons messing up our booking to a 3 bedroom with an amazing sea view.

The holiday home was great and very spacious and it was in a great location looking out at the sea each day was great. Only downside was a dog poo bin in view but that is only a minor thing and it has to go somewhere.

Great overall I would definitely recommend here and I would go again

The caravan was really clean and had all we needed. Bed was comfy, but the view was a bit disappointing.

We stayed in this caravan recently and honestly, it had everything we needed plus more. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a full-sized bath-perfect for families. The main bedroom offers loads of storage and all beds are super comfy with quality bedding. The internet worked great and the outside space was a bonus. Definitely recommend!

The main bedroom mattress in our new caravan was pretty poor, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, no instructions for the microwave, oven, or TV, which was frustrating. Shame about the lack of net curtains, so we kept the curtains drawn. On the bright side, it was really warm!

We stayed in a spacious 3-bed caravan, which was absolutely fantastic. Can't comment on the Windsor option though!

We had a lovely stay overall, honestly no complaints at all. Its been a while since weve had a proper UK holiday, mostly because of Covid, but were thinking of mixing it up in future-some abroad, some here at home. The accommodation was spot on, really good quality and we couldnt fault it. I did wander down the beach next to the site and grabbed some drinks from a nearby caravan spot, but honestly, it was a bit cramped with caravans packed close together, no proper roads or landscaping. Were glad we chose Skirlington though; its mainly a family place but had everything we needed for a relaxing break!
