Great comfy caravan.Double with dressing table area and toilet en suite.2 small twins but fit for purpose.Beds all made on arrival. Radiator heating and nice electric fire place in the kitchen. Heating was very effective.All new crockery, cutlery and plenty of pots pans and utensils. Majority of sockets had USB points which was handy. 2 nice comfy sofas, didnt use as a bed so cannot comment on that. Small verandah to the side which wouldBe nice in the summer (we went in wet and windy February).

Comfy caravan. The shower was unbearably hot with no way of adjusting but everything else was great

We stayed in lodge 33. The hot tub didn't work, doors didn't shut, mattress was faulty, blinds were broken or too small, grimy, lacking kitchen utensils and equipment, I could go on..... Staff fixed what they could but this took time away from our holiday and was very stressful. It should never have been let. Very tired lodge, needs time and money spent on it. We won't book again.

The lodge was in a beautiful part Decking needs some maintenance as very bouncy in areas Inside was spacious door handles need replacing and doors need adjusting as they dont shut fully Integrated fridge was broken so replaced with a free standing one which was fine but left a big gap which they filled with a bin with the lid broken The gas cooker top one knob was broken so couldnt get to turn off

Caravan had a few faults, lights did not work in main bedroom, reported this, someone came and a a quick look & said they would get an electrician, nobody returned at all to fix the lights.Big cobwebs in main bedroom, piece of the roof beading in kitchen hanging down.Apart from that had a great holiday.

As expected, with the usual fixtures and fittings. However, the caravan door didn't close properly there was a large gap at the top, good job it was n't cold!

Lovely caravan. Very comfortable. Only disadvantage was you had to walk over the grass to get to the caravan which meant wet muddy feet.

We were very disappointed with our caravan. It was tired with stains on the dining room furniture seats. Crockery was wet in the cupboard and pots and pans needed washing before use. The double doors to the veranda wouldnt shut properly so the curtains would Billow out from the draft. The curtains kept falling off the rails when trying to close them in the evening.We never used the restaurant apart from a hot drink so cannot comment further on that.Excellent view from the caravan windows and Croyde Bay beautiful.Have had beautiful caravans with you in past but may not book again.

We had an amazing time!Absolutely loved everything about this holiday! Really clean and comfortable, spacious caravans. Great on site facilities and a stunning area to explore and admire. Beautiful!!

caravan was really nice, only negatives was the single beds were very small and the mattress on the double has long past its best so nit a great sleep.We were only able to book in swimming once as it booked out straightaway which was disappointing for the kids.Lovely beach, onsite shop was handy.

Fabulous lodge very up-to-date not far to the beach really nice

Amazing holiday in north Devon. The Beach was walking distance from our caravan and plenty to do for children. Would highly recommend the holiday park to others. It was clean and well kept. Swimming pool could do with being updated, looked a bit tired. My only other criticism is the allocation of our caravan. It was very noisy by a main road and there was a road behind our caravan as well where work traffic for staff at the park. We have a child with additional needs who struggles with noise and an anxious dog to noise who was with us on the holiday. Our child wore ear defenders to help with the noise. Would have liked a quieter location on the park and something for staff to consider when allocating caravans.

I personally would not return here they need to shut entertainment room and arcade to repair water leaks and damage.Staff really polite and hard working Swimming pool was brilliant

The holiday was fine. The caravan was a bit dated. The Nisa shop could be a bit more competitive on prices. Bearing in mind the big supermarket is 5 miles away.

We just felt our lodge looked very tired, doors and windows were very rusted and bathrooms need a very good clean and descale.

I would have liked a decking area . The seagulls are a big of a nuisance especially when tap dancing on the roof of the caravan ????

The only issues we had were ants in the lodge but this would have been out of anyones control as they just appeared on day two of our stay.The on site restaurants portions were very small for the price.

We paid a lot for a weekend when we had such issues with the swimming pool. If we didnt want to have access to a pool we would have booked somewhere else. We paid thinking we would use the pool which we managed only once and that is only because we complained.

So clean and modern. Just a little compact. It said sleeps 6 so glad it was just us and toddler! Very lovely finish

As I've said above.

The en-suite that wed booked the caravan for not being there annoyed me through the week. Didnt want to make a big deal of it though and from what people said there would be no spares to move to anyway. Small problem with the shower was fixed within an hour. Other than that the caravan was great for our family and needs.

Lodge was lovely clean and comfortable the only things I would say was the fridge door never seemed to close properly and the shower screen on the bath wouldnt close properly so leaked. Apart from that no complaints.
