Red Rock Apartments - Reviews

Been here 3 times before we love coming. The property is very clean, home from home all the comforts of home. All local shops etc bear by and if you want to go further afield the train service is great, lots to see and do.

I have holidaying here since they were first built. I love the apartments and the location. Howard who gives you the details of your apartment, is friendly, helpfull and very clear on which apartment you are staying in. The cleaner is a lovely friendly lady who will help all she can. Can not fault the staff. As for the apartments, well as you can expect they are showing slight since of age, but are very comfortable. Would recommend "The Chip Thief" fish n chip shop, went there twice in one week, the batter on the fish is to die for.Looking forward to my next stay.

I have stayed at Red Rock Apartments twice in the space of 2 months I loved it so much. I grew up going on yearly holidays to Dawlish Warren with my family and now I go with my children. Red Rock Apartments are in a great area close to the beach and train stop, but also quiet. The apartment is lovely and spacious. Clean and nicely furnished. Love the seating area outside the patio doors. I will always have a place in my heart for Dawlish Warren, and Red Rock Apartments is the place to stay.

A quiet site, clean apartments. This is my 3rd visit and would come again.

Very helpful staff and good location some of the facilities need updating eg showers overall quite good!

All the things you need are in the apartment, along with clean towels and bedding.Great to have a washing machine and your own patio and furniture to really relax.

value for money

Sofas and bed very comfortable.En-suite shower not fit for purpose. Opening to the shower is too small. The water flitted from freezing cold to boiling hot, there was no consistent temperature so gave up in the end and used the shower in the main bathroom which was better but lacked water pressure.Kitchen - lack of utensils and no cupboard space ..only 4 plates/cupsOutside space needs cleaning

Apartment was clean and well maintained

Had an enjoyable few days in a very quiet Dawlish Warren. Worked extremely well as a temporary base for my commute to the office in Exeter. Apartment had all mod cons (including proper heating for November), was very clean and comfortable. Might even stay again next time I am needed to be in the office in Exeter.

We had a lovely few days in Dawlish Warren, which was so peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and super comfy, with all the modern amenities you'd need - even proper heating, which was great for November. It worked perfectly as a base for commuting to Exeter. We might just book again next time were in town!

We really enjoyed our stay at Red Rock apartments. The location is perfect, close to the beach, train station, shops and amusements. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was super clean and spacious. Can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely holiday at Red Rock apartments. Its close to the beach/train station/shops and amusements. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of space and very clean. Look forward to staying again.

Our fourth stay at Bedrock and hope to return next year

Looking forward to coming back, always a lovely stay here.

We had a lovely stay at Redrock Apartments. The place was spacious and spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. Staying upstairs gave us a great view from the balcony - especially with that elevated railway running along the coast, adding a bit of charm, especially when a steam engine rolls by! The location was perfect, with attractions and amusements just a short walk away. Only minor grumbles - the single beds were quite firm and one of the sofas had a few lumpy springs. Otherwise, everything was spot on, including the bathrooms!

The apartment was spotless and had decent facilities. The sofas were a bit worn out, probably from the end of the season, but the location really couldnt be better. We had a lovely stay overall!

The apartment was clean and facilities were good. The sofas were damaged but I assume that was due to our visit being at the end of the holiday sesson. The location is very good.

We had a lovely, chilled holiday here. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Being near the train stop made exploring so simple and affordable. We ended up doing loads of trips because of the great location!

Lots more room than the caravan we usually book. Clean and well kept apartment, in a good location. Only 3 minutes walk from Dawlish Warren Station, the shops and Funfair.

Really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was so much more spacious than our usual caravan. Spotlessly clean and perfectly situated - just a short walk from the station, shops and funfair. Would definitely return!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The spot is perfect-close enough to the beach and station but peaceful enough to relax. Howard was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a storm. Would stay again!

Great central location close to the beach and railway station but far enough away for it to not be too noisy. Howard was very helpful. Apartment was very clean, kitchen facilities were good allowing you to cook your own meals.

Great place to saty

Very lovely experience

Really enjoyed our stay

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The place was lovely, though it would be even better if the TV was a smart one for rainy days with no pool.

Great stay again! The apartment was spotless and the location couldnt be better.

The apartment was super cosy and spacious, with everything we could possibly need. Lovely stay!

Great spot, would recommend

I hope the covid restrictions can be partly relaxed in the near future to allow entry before 5pm and exit by 9am

First time here will be returning

Home from home in Dawlish.

Great location, very spacious accommodation we were a family of 5 plenty of room and very clean. Great location beach across the way lots of eating places and lovely walk to dawlish along costal path.

Red rock is central to everything 10 min walk in either direction to beach.5 min to shops ,restaurants, & pubs .The apartments were clean everything you wanted was there. The only thing if i was picky is the sofa it needed updating. Will definitely return .

Overall our stay was excellent, even though we didn't have contact with staff, they were always available at the end of the phone. Great place.

Stayed in redrock 2 times now and will keep going back. Spacious apartment in a perfect location.

We love Dawlish and have been going for years. It’s a great base to get to a lot of places.
We arrived slightly earlier than the time stated but we called the number in the door and the apartments was ready for us.

Really happy to return this year and will probably book again. Great location easy walking to nearby beach. The apartments were clean and tidy and spacious and the manager was really helpful.
We have paid a lot more for less comfortable accommodation

Love these apartments and now they have wifi even better

Stayed here many times, brilliant as always, cannot beat the location and amenities in the apartment. The owner was really helpful and let us stay in the apt longer when we had lost our car keys
